However the last time I went in to…read moremake a payment After he took my money I was told I couldn't get a receipt because the printer was out of ink. So thank goodness I told the clerk I needed him to sign my bill and write paid. He told me the payment was made. Needless to say It wasn't. I went back to AT&T talked to Jacob (same guy that helped me) he said it take's a few days to go through. I asked him to call and he said that will take a few hours and he didn't have that much time to wait. A couple days later I took my husband in. Jacob was waiting on someone else he did the same to them. I stepped up and told the girl to get a receipt. I than told him it didn't go through again. By than I was not very nice. He told me he would push it through the NEXT DAY! I told him I'm not paying late fees! Finally after 10 days it went through but I was stuck with the late fees!!! I will never go back to Marshall store again! (After I told the girl to get a receipt Jacob told the girl he had to refund her money because he had taken to many payments?? After he took her money and she told him she needed a receipt.)

Today I took my lunch hour to go there and in the window there is a big sign that says "CLOSED 12/24 - 1/1 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!" WHAT? No Message on their phone at all let alone saying they are closed for a WEEK! Get a voicemail service PLEASE. So I call Hoover to get an alternate repair shop, they do have a VM and it says they are closed for the holidays. I can not win.
