I had Great Floors install flooring and carpeting in my home in Seattle and had a terrible experience. The laminate flooring install was defective (bouncing and clacking) because the installer didn't level the floor properly. The sales person I worked with, Michael Hall was rude, took no accountability, and ignored my emails and calls. He blamed the installer, and me for the problems, while he was responsible for the project. I ended up working with a manager, who was better and helped me with a solution but then had to deal with Michael again. I was willing to pay for the fix - leveling the floors (which I eventually did)- Michael just didn't seem interested in dealing with me. He then charged me a credit card fee when I didn't use a credit card. When I noticed this he did not apologize. I pushed him a bit on this, and he was still unwilling to take any kind of ownership for the mistake. The service from Michael was among the worst I've experienced. I spent a lot of money, and he gave me no guidance or assistance on choices or options/pros/cons. The floor issue took months to resolve and the major inconvenience of having my floor ripped up twice. The carpet install has a thin pad with very little cushion, which I only discovered after the install. To top off the bad experience, during the project, which took many months due to a number of factors, my father died. I was visiting him for a long period of time and without conversation, Michael told me he was canceling my project. When I told him my Dad was dying, he carried on without a kind comment. All in, I would avoid Great Floors, and especially working with Michael. read more

On 9/1/2022 I ordered three roll-out drawers from Great Floors in Kennewick, WA that were supposed to match our existing Canyon Creek roll-out drawers. A roll-out drawer is a drawer on full-extension slides. I chose to order these drawers because, besides matching what we already owned, they would be very easy to install, with the hardware matching pre-drilled holes inside the cabinets. The drawers we received had no slide hardware, just the bare drawers. After repeated contacts with Great Floors with no satisfaction to the problem I sent the store manager, ShaunTuck, a demand email that gave him two options to choose from: 1. Return the drawers for a full refund. 2. Great Floors would have the drawers installed in our cabinets at their expense. I never received a reply from Shaun, by phone or email. We also had all of these dishes sitting in our living room creating a big mess. Out of desperation, I began researching what slides would fit these drawers knowing that I would get absolutely no help whatsoever from Great Floors. I ordered suitable slides at my cost ($125). This installation took me a full eight-hour day and required tools most homeowners don't have like a table saw. Spacers had to be cut to exacting dimensions, sanded, finished, and installed. The drawers had to be modified because the depth dimension did not quite fit these slides. During this process, I cut everything exactly and did not have to repeat any steps, so it is representative of what a professional would require in terms of time. The drawers are now installed and working perfectly. This whole episode has taken me six months as I spent a month to even get an order placed with Great Floors because Julie kept ignoring my repeated calls, but I had to deal with Great Floors as they are the only Canyon Creek dealer in this area. Note: I could have ordered bare drawers from other suppliers at less than half the price that Great Floors charged me, mostly because they would have been direct from the manufacturer, WITHOUT the hassle! read more

We purchased carpet for the living room and the entry. I decided to go with GF because some of the other flooring shops I've worked with in this area have not been the best; now I know, I should have stuck with one of the other flooring retailers. I should have known that it was going to be a painful experience when the store never called me to schedule the install date. I needed to plan to get some changes made before the carpeting was installed; I expressed this to our salesman; who never called me. I had to call and get the date from them. Finally the day before they were to arrive they did call to confirm I was ready; I guess I would have been SOL if I hadn't called earlier to find out what their schedule was. Install was ok; the installers left bits of cutoff laying around; I'm guessing because all they had to clean up with was an upright vacuum. The worst is they punched a hole in the wall when they were stretching the carpet. These things happen, but I didn't appreciate that the installer didn't say anything to me about the hole. I contacted the store about the repair needed through email.....no response, a second email and finally they responded and the "project manager" came out and looked at the hole (they had pictures abut I guess he wanted to waste my time) and he didn't fix anything; he didn't leave me his phone number, email address, and he didn't hand me a business card. I waited over a week with no response, so again I had to email, no response; so I sent another email suggesting I was going to contact the head office; the second email resulted in a call from the install supervisor (and an email). He said that they would be out in the morning and back in the afternoon to paint. Since they committed to painting I made a special trip to the paint store; the guy who showed up to do the repair said he was told I would paint (it looked like he had a print of the email sent to me printed out so I'm not sure how truthful he was being), the email clearly states they will be back in the afternoon to paint. He took my phone number and said he would get back to me; I never received a call. The guy didn't use a drop cloth and didn't have a vacuum to clean up the dust from the patch work. He left the tape on the carpet and his texture doesn't match the surrounding wall. I can also see the mesh tape he used to cover the hole. Overall he was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen. I emailed the home office and the response I got back was the "project manager" calling me, telling me that his supervisor got it wrong and they were never going to paint. Whether it was a lack of communication amongst themselves, or my understanding of what they were going to do, I don't really care, they damaged the wall, they should have committed to fixing it, fully and correctly. All the project manager did was give me excuses and not solutions. I did hear from the VP of sales for this area but I'm sick of them wasting my time so I told them to take a hike, I will fix the problem and post honest reviews about their service. If you don't mind chasing after GF at every stage then enjoy your journey; if like me, you want a responsive relationship and professional results, you should look somewhere else. I hope this review helps others find a better flooring experience. read more

We have our basement floor installed using Great floor. The sales person is called Larry. After installation I told him the floor was uneven, he said it was the problem of our floor because it is an old house. I said but they did preparations on the floor to even the floor. He said you can't make everything perfect if you want to fix everything you have to pay thousands of dollars. The way he addressed the issue was very rude. The problem was fixed later using another piece of underlayment. The contractor did a good job installing the floor. But I would NOT use them again because of the poor customer service attitude of the sales person!! read more

Lousy service! First off, they charged me to come out an do a hardwood install quote. $65 to quote a $30,000 job. What a mistake I made letting them quote, No other contractor charged to quote the same job. Dude who came out to quote had to reschedule a couple times - what a pain - no other contractor was such a hassle getting a quote. And when quoting, did not give a confidence he could do a quality job. The quotes that came in were well over 25% higher than most the competition. Then to get more competitive, they just suggest more inferior products to be used. What a joke and waste of money. read more

I recently purchased a townhome that has hardwoods on the lower floor (which have seen better days) and manky carpet on the stairs/upstairs that was probably original to the home and definitely had had cats on it. I'm allergic, so the carpet had to go. From the moment I stopped in to look for laminate samples, I had the best possible experience. Roger F. offered help but let me browse the samples without pushing to be a part of it; if I had questions, he was available and happy to answer but I never felt like I was being hounded for a sale. He came over the next morning for measurements, and I had the quote by the following evening. Roger found me the soonest available start time, and off we went. Armando and Juan were the installers, and they were wonderfully courteous and concerned that they do right by me and the state/security of the home. It was a technically difficult project, in that I had stairs and odd-angle doorways in the mix, and they still got it finished in the quoted two days. It looks fantastic, feels wonderful under my feet and on my sinuses, and I'm already contemplating replacing the hardwoods with the same laminate, by the same team. I couldn't be happier with Roger, Armando, Juan, and Great Floors. read more

We ordered ad paid for carpet and LPV for our entire house in June and were give a two week timeline for installation. For 5 months Great Floors kept lying about the delivery date. With lived with plywood floors and carpet padding while waiting. Three times they sent subcontractors out without enough material to do the job. The salesperson came to our house multiple times because he kept getting the measurements wrong. Finally the carpet came in when they laid out on the floor, it was so awful I couldn't live with it. The installer and salesperson agreed. We had a small selection of carpeting to choose from to get it within a couple of weeks. Same manufacturer, same weight density... we were told it was comparable carpet maybe $5 a sq yard more. We ended up adding about 7 square yards to our project and Great Floors charged us an additional $3,000. What horrible rip off. read more

BAD VINYL INSTALLATION! I purchased my carpet and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) from Great Floors for my very small condo at the suggestion of the contractor I was using at the time (not realizing he was a con-artist). I met with Lori to pick out vinyl and carpet. Roger came out to measure and provide a quote. The quote for my very tiny kitchen was almost $1,000. When I asked why, I was told that my job required 2 different installers and the vinyl installer would have to put down leveler, leave for it to dry, and come back to lay the vinyl which was why it was so expensive. Since they had a plausible explanation and could meet my time line, I chose them. I was out of town when my flooring was installed. When I returned, I was shocked to see that the vinyl was installed wall to wall very tightly with zero relief. I asked my contractor (con-artist) about it and he said, that's how they laid it, even though Roger and Lori had both told me it would be installed up to where cabinets would be installed, not under cabinets to keep it from buckling (would have been easier if cabinets were installed for sure but that's a different review). I called Lori to discuss it and she said, "it's not our responsibility, that's how Al said to install it". She had Roger call me back to confirm what was said and he said Al told him on the phone to install it wall to wall because he didn't know exactly where the cabinets were going. I asked why no edge relief was in the flooring and it was super tight to the wall and he said he would get back to me. He never did. I ended up paying new contractors $350 to cut a relief and remove the flooring so it wouldn't be under my cabinets as it was already 'buckling' before cabinets were even installed. I feel that Great Floors should have made this right. I met with them, they gave me a bogus line about 2 installers (one guy did both jobs and did not have to leave and wait for the leveler to dry and come back), their guy installed vinyl with zero relief and I dealt with them directly and every time, we discussed not putting the flooring under the cabinets to maintain the warranty. I will never use this company again since they don't bother to stand by their word, overcharge for services not needed and don't know how to install vinyl tile that they sell! Guess I should have read reviews first! read more

Great Floors - Vinyl tile installed wall to wall with zero relief causing it to buckle. - Carpeting Near Me - Seattle, Washington

I worked with Mike who was a terrific to work with. I just had a small order of tile and he helped me find just what I needed, and I am rather picky when it comes to choosing style & color. He spent quite a bit of time with me & I really appreciated it, and he is just a very pleasant person to work with! ~ Rocky read more

Roger Fallihee at Great Floors was phenomenal to work with. He answered my many questions with incredible patience, from what type of flooring would be best in my Craftsman kitchen, to help choosing the color, to what kind of thresholds I wanted. He even tracked down the installer afterwards so I could get a scrap of the flooring for color matching my paint. I had a bid from a smaller flooring company for the same kitchen flooring, marmoleum, they gave me much less personal service time, and they would have charged double what Great Floors is charging me. The installer, Miguel was also fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. Miguel did a fabulous job on the installation, I would be happy to have him back to do installation on any future jobs. I love my new kitchen floor, thank you Roger and Miguel! read more

I don't know why they call this place "Great Floors." What they should call this place is "Hell." Because seriously, that is what it is. I had to buy tile, carpet and commercial-grade vinyl flooring from this place for a remodel project. The sales people act like they don't care if you are there or not, they seem very over-worked or bored out of their minds or whatever. I had to rush back to get an extra case of tile, and it took them half an hour to look up my account and figure out how much the case would cost. I expected that I could hand them the cash and it would be that simple. No, apparently they have to assign every sale to a customer account, and their system can "lose" accounts. For future projects, I will definitely try to find a different supplier. Maybe one who cares that I'm purchasing from them and not going down the street to Home Depot. Oh, and for what it's worth, I'm a 29 year old young-looking woman, and I definitely think that factored in to the kind of service I received. Okay so maybe I wasn't spending 20 large on flooring but still, I'm a customer and that should be all that matters. kthxbai! read more

This review reflects more so the salesman I worked with more than the business as a whole, but the business hired him and employs him, so...... I worked with Larry. Stopped in after work one night about 20 mins before they closed. Larry showed me some flooring I was interested in. He was pleasant enough, but did mention that it was "near closing" and he needed to "get out of there". OK, I respect that, although as a retail guy myself, I often stay much past closing to help customers and accommodate their needs, especially since they may be spending thousands of dollars. Came back a different night and met with Larry again for follow up. It was again around 20 mins before closing, but I just needed some more questions answered and was then going to proceed to order the flooring I wanted. Larry rarely made eye contact with me (including once to check out a female customer passing by; full head to toe exam). He then again said "well, I'm getting out of here in a few minutes...." then he cut me off and engaged another co-worker. A few minutes? Really? It was 20 mins before closing!!! I was basically there to hand them my cash (4 digits worth), and close a sale. Way to go Larry, you just cost your company a sale and a bad review. Didn't want to, but Home Depot got my cash instead. read more

I had a flood in my home. My Insurance company recommended someone we could work with a Great Floors. So I went into Great Floors and explained that I only wanted flooring that looks like tile when it's in. This is due to the way my house is designed. I was told that I could only get the LVP flooring in a tile look. Great Floors came and took the measurements and said there would be no problem with the height differences. I then went into Great Floors and spoke with Joe. I had picked out a sample that I found on line that looked like tile. Joe said that he wouldn't recommend that due to it would show dirt really easy and after looking at the pictures of my floor he felt this one was the closest to what we already have. I asked him twice if his recommendation would look like tile flooring, like what was in my home and both times he said yes. I also asked about the height differences and he said they wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived home after they started to install I immediately saw that the flooring was not a tile look at all. I called Joe and when he called me he told me there wasn't anything he could do since I picked out a flooring that I wasn't happy with. I explained that he up sold me and that he should have know his product that he was selling due to this didn't look anything like the flooring that he has pictures of and doesn't in anyway look like tile. He then asked, "what were you wanting something that looked like it had grout line?" I said yes, "that is what was in my house and what he had pictures of. I am now out $8,000 and am sick when I walk into my house. Their solution was for me to spend more money with them to put throw carpets down to break the look up. If I wanted carpet I would have bought carpet. Buyer beware, make sure you make them show you what the flooring will look like installed. I was in there picking out premium carpet and needed tile to match the carpet. My sales guy disappeared and I was having a hard time picking out a matching tile. A sales lady (older with short brown hair) came up to me and asked if I needed help, I said "yes I'm trying to find a tile that matches this carpet" and she said "are you already being helped?" I said "yes but I can't find my sales guy, I would appreciate your opinion, you can help me if you want" and she said "well since you are already being helped you can ask your sales guy" so basically because she wasn't going to make a dime off my purchase she refused to help me. He said he would have Bill contact me as soon as he came in. I heard nothing and on Tuesday morning, I called the store, Bill was not in. I spoke to the same employee and he hesitated; then said, oh yes, here's your information and I will have Bill contact you as soon as he comes in. Awful ,awful customer service. Let me say that again. AWFUL. I can understand that sometimes things get lost in the shuffle, people misplace phone messages, the dog eats your homework, or you get abducted by aliens. But I knew I was in trouble when I had to make multiple phone calls to the sales guy just to get an estimator out to bid my job. Then, it a process of jumping through hoops with the estimator, who couldn't commit to a time and kept rescheduling, until I told him to show up or forget it. And then it was a waiting game to get the estimate back in my hands, because, you know, the sales guy is off mid-week and there's nobody else to put numbers together for a bid. It was a completely frustrating process...and I already had the carpet and pad picked out, so this was about as straightforward a job as you could get. In the end, it was 9 (nine) days total between my first phone call and when the salesperson finally emailed me the quote. Oddly, the quote I received was in line with two other vendors, so I'm not exactly sure where the savings come in. To top it off, there was absolutely zero follow up from the sales guy, neither by phone nor email, after I received the bid. Bottom line: if you've got to pay for flooring, you might as well go to a company that respects your time and appreciates your business. It looks like Great Floors does neither. read more

We had a great experience purchasing luxury vinyl plank flooring from Larry at the SODO Seattle location, and the installation led by Alex was wonderful. We knew the specific product we wanted and Larry was incredibly responsive, detailed, informative, and knowledgeable as we navigated a very short timeline to get the product in time for install such that we could get floors done before move-in day. We had previously been working with another flooring company but switched before purchasing due to the salesperson's general lack of knowledge about the specific product finish that was important to us, and lack of urgency to research and provide answers for us. Larry was instantly exactly what we were looking for. Within two hours of first talking to him he was already in contact with the right product rep and an alternative product rep to confirm which product options we have with the finish we wanted. Within a day he knew the timelines for when product could arrive once ordering and had confirmed installation dates were available within our tight timeline. Installation then occurred exactly when it was supposed to, and finished on time and in budget. The lead installer, Alex, was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, detailed-oriented, focused, and incredibly skilled. He paid extra attention to ensuring squeaky parts of the subfloor were secured (to reduce sound) and that the floors were perfectly level before installing the LVP. Once the install was complete, the floors were gorgeous and the place was spotless. I never would have imagined an installer would actually mop the floors after install, but Alex sure did. We can't recommend Larry and Alex enough! read more

I was given a referral to work with Tom Sobo, who I believe actually works out of the Federal Way location. I never met him in person, we worked entirely over the phone, but he gave some of the best customer service I've ever received, and I work in the remodeling business. He was incredibly responsive and worked tirelessly to help with a number of pretty crazy issues that occurred during my install (none of which were the fault of Great Floors). My installer, Vitali, was also outstanding. He was punctual, professional, and his workmanship was top-notch. I was extremely impressed with him. That being said, my experiences going into an actual Great Floors location (to choose the floor) were less than stellar. I went to the SoDo location as it's much closer to me than Federal Way and received awful customer service. So in short, here is my advice: do not let the salespeople at the SoDo location stop you from working with Great Floors. You can choose to work with Tom (highly recommended!) like I did, and simply enter the location to choose your material. I'm not sure why there is such a vast difference in the quality of service from the SoDo staff to what I experienced with Tom and Vitali, but I am a very picky consumer and have already confidently referred Tom to two of my friends. read more

PLACE DETAILS Great Floors store SoDo Greg Murphy Great floors has a wide selection, but DO NOT use them for installation. I hired them to install vinyl plank flooring in our basement and after a miserable experience ended up removing it all and reinstalling it myself. Our concrete floor had some uneven areas so the installer ground it with an angle grinder without any dust control except a sheet of plastic loosely hanging over the stairway. Our entire house from basement to second floor filled with dust. We have been cleaning for months and still have not eradicated it all. Additionally, the contractor cut a 5" gash in the carpet on our steps and completely scratched the handrails. Next the installer spread leveling concrete and proceeded to walk through it leaving footprints, uneven areas and clumps of unmixed concrete to harden and dry. He assured us he could fix it and set about grinding, again filling the house with dust. After laying the floor planks, they were terribly uneven, flexing, bouncing, and creaking when we would walk on them. I lifted a few to find uneven concrete, chunks of debris, and a few pieces of cardboard wedged under the floor. We notified Great Floors and our installer returned, took up the floor and set about grinding again. I spent several hours with a carpenter's level trying to teach the installer how to locate the high and low points in the floor, something he seemed unfamiliar with as he did not have a straight edge among his tools. When I returned to work, the installer finished installing the planks. Once again, the floor was uneven with high and low areas and air pockets under the planks. The installer told us the floor would settle and the unevenness would disappear. This obviously did not happen. After paying for the poor quality installation, I had to personally take out all the planks, hire a new contractor to grind off the leveling compound (using a dust collection system), and then reinstall the planks myself. Be advised, Great Floors expects payment in advance of installation. This was a very expensive learning experience. Please don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Incompetence on so many levels. I placed an order with Dustin over the phone, and he provided a delivery date for a few weeks out. I called the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm they've received the tile, but was told by Mike who answered that it won't arrive until the following week. NO COMMUNICATION FROM DUSTIN of the date change. It would've been costly for me to send my contractor to pick up when our order was not there, wasting his time and my money, so it's a good thing I called. And as it turns out, the wrong tile delivered. Contractor installed while we were away for the day. We came back home to see that a glossy tile was installed instead of the matte we ordered. So now we've wasted our money paying our contractor to install tile that Great Floors misdelivered. We spoke with Rick about the situation and he strung us along, even asking for a copy of our contractor's invoice, only to be ghosted by him. The correct tile finally arrived, but now we're stuck paying money to dispose the wrong tile that was delivered. After repeated attempts to reach the Great Floors team to try and reach some reasonable settlement, they instead chose ignore us. So in summary, expect this poor level of customer service if you choose to do business with Great Floors. read more

I'm a contractor and do a lot of volume with floors. I've worked with a lot of flooring people, but by far the best is Glenn Thurston of Great Floors. Glenn is one of my favorite vendors/subcontractors. He's super knowledgeable, thoughtful, hard-working, responsive- really shows he cares. The prices he's able to get are great as well. If you're a homeowner, you'll be well-served and glad you talked with Glenn. If you're a contractor or property manager, you'll be really amazed with the service, speed and price! P.S. While it's true that he can't get a 12 foot roll to cover a room that measures 12'2"x13 as another poster complains about a different salesperson, I'd be pretty worried if he told me he could! (No offense to poster Y.L., but c'mon- if the carpet comes in a 12' roll, you can't expect it to cover dimensions that don't make sense! Yeah, you end up with a huge remnant and it sucks, but that's the breaks in remodeling...) read more

Sloppy Installers. It was clear my installers were in a hurry because not only did they violate the rules of our condo by working later than allowed (we had left town to free up the entire space for them), but also by "finishing" the project at least half a day ahead of schedule. Some people might find that a positive thing, but not if the job is half-baked. That they "finished" at 9 p.m. (verified by their phone call to me and my neighbors' reports) meant that they probably couldn't see the mess they left behind on all kinds of surfaces. All of it was a blue-green goo that I am still finding and having trouble removing - from new flooring, doors, blinds, carpet, and a large electrical cord. See photos. Followup customer service with salesperson and manager is non-existent unless you involve the parent company and even then, it's ultimately useless (we had other issues with the installation). It took several more weeks to get the remaining flooring so this process was way too slow/too long! And Dave wouldn't return our calls or reply to our emails during the process. Can't recommend Great Floors. There were a number of squeaks after installation. They attempted to fix it only to make matters worse. Squeaks were still there, but now there were a number of lose planks with a "spongy" feel. Was told that the installation head manager was to call to talk about what to do next. No call or email was received. Shoddy workmanship. Shoddy attitude toward customer satisfaction. read more

More like Garbage Floors. They will sell you anything but once installed you are on your own. "Not professional" was the term a contractor used today after looking at the quality of their install. Now trying to decide if I should have my floor torn out and replaced by a company that is professional or have it repaired. Save your money, use a real company. Oh, and after they destroyed a sliding divider that was installed between two rooms, after assuring me they knew how to install the divider track, they said something like, we stalled the floor in good faith, so any damage is not our fault. GARBAGE. read more

Horrific customer service - took a week just to get back in touch with the sales person (after 4 calls in to him, none returned), then installer was scheduled between 9-10 am and at 11 they still weren't at our house. Had to call GF TWICE to get them to find out where they were. Arrived 2 hours later than the end of their scheduled window. So unprofessional and a waste of my day. What a frustrating experience. We will be using another company for any other flooring needs going forward. read more

I'll start by saying my experience was a year ago this month. Just getting around to wanting to offer my opinion of my experience. Needed to carpet our top floor with the same carpet they installed a year early down on the first floor. $13k for the carpet and install. My wife stayed home to coordinate and I knew something was up when I got home and cheerfully asked how did it go, and how does it look? She wasn't wearing the most comfortable look, and said to go look for myself. The carpet install wasn't that bad - a few seams I didn't think were well positioned but otherwise not too bad. Where it gets good is looking at how they destroyed our walls, corners, molding in the process. Four months earlier we had a complete professional interior paint job done - design consultants, etc. took them three solid weeks to do. I'm noting this to explain that our walls, corners and molding were perfect - we built the house nine years ago, so it's not the homes umptime remodels.....it's a new house So, back to my rant - you could see that they scrapped the walls going up the stairs with the rough surface (backing) on the carpet....looked like someone sandpapered our walls in a swirling motion. Every edge, and I mean every edge / corner throughout the top floor was nicked or chipped, fireplace molding was gouged, walls were dented and scraped. Standing there with my month wide open and hands on my hips I could only think it's so bad that they almost that to intentionally want to damage the house. This wasn't a couple small chips that everyone somewhat excepts on a job like this. Anyway, the kicker was we called to complain but couldn't get a returned call from GM. Rub was we paid for the job upfront with a check that was already cashed. So I assumed they just thought F it and moved PS - had the painters come back out last spring to touch up the mess for a nice $1500. read more

I would not recommend them to do your floors. Our contractor that we went through with our insurance company hired them to fix the floors that had water damage. They were supposed to replace part of the floors and refinish the entire downstairs. That would have been fine, but they did not replace the damaged flooring. They refinished over the damaged flooring so they could not go back and replace after it was done. After they were done, Steve said they did just have to replace floors, even though earlier he said they bought new wood for it. After they were done, they left black marks that were in a circular pattern, like burn marks from a buffing machine. When we called Steve at Great Floors, he said there is no way that his guys would ever leave something like that on floors. He even insinuated that my 7 and 5 year old kids could have done it. Absolutely ridiculous. To make a long story short, they would not fix it, so I had to call the insurance company to make sure they were forced to fix it. This was very dishonest of them and if you have any problems, they will not fix them, or they will accuse your kids of causing the damage. There is a reason they were cheaper than other ones, because they don't do a good job! If you are thinking about using them, don't! Run away! read more

For anyone expect to deal with great floors, just don't. Trust the review and you will be better off with a better company (It says something when overall review is this horrific). Sales person I worked with was poor. Took me 4 days just to get the quote and schedule a carpet installation date. Voice mail probably means nothing to him either. So good luck keep calling until the guy is in the office so you can talk. Even if you happen to have a better sales person, your luck may just run out on the installer. In my case, the installer just left without vacuuming the room at all. I just had to do it myself since I'd be moving stuff in before they could get back and do it for me. Obviously, they denied all the responsibility saying the vacuum is a courtesy. Meaning if they don't do it, they don't give a damn and we just have to deal with it. read more
