I reached out to 4 installers (3 others recommended by tile shop) and Gabriel was the first to reply. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful. Gabriel's quote was also the most competitive of the 4! Gabriel arrived on the day of installation and immediately realized the wall was not level and flush against counter.
