We've been to Key West and have eaten at Blue Heaven so when I read reviews of this place I thought…read moreit seemed like it could have a similar vibe. We got there early morning and there was only one other couple there. We walked around to check out the place before we made our way to the counter to order. They were busy cleaning tables and getting everything ready outside. It was fun to walk around the almost jungle like atmosphere. A couple chickens were walking around too. They have fun tic tac toe boards as several of the tables that can entertain you while you wait for your food to be delivered. We ordered and found a seat at a large table in the back section near the restroom. None of us were certain what we were ordering but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to our table. I had two baked eggs with chorizo and mozzarella, a hashbrown and a slice of their "famous" coco bread. The eggs were served in two individual foil tins and were delicious. It was almost like a poached egg. You get your choice of two toppings from several options. The bread comes toasted. It wasn't bad but I didn't think it was anything overly special. The hasbrown was almost baked like a casserole and it was a great accompaniment for the eggs. My friend ordered their mango pancakes and she loved it. My husband also ordered a breakfast with a bit of everything and it had a pancake too. He said it was his favorite thing. It also looks like it was baked in a tin and the turned out. It's super thick and very cake like looking. They both said it was light and delicious. Everyone that got the bacon including myself enjoyed it. When I was trying to pick between the sausage or bacon option the gal taking my order said both were good but that they cut their own bacon so I had to try it. It definitely wasn't your typical breakfast bacon! Everyone enjoyed their food and some of us even had some leftovers to bring home for the next day. The beauty of that was the food is served in a to go container so taking it home was effortless. We would definitely come back. I'd like to try some of the trucks in the back at lunch for the fish tacos. Maybe next time.

It was so exciting to walk in the Garden Club and see the event come to life and your smiling faces welcoming us. Everyone is still talking about how delicious the food was! Many have said it's the best they've ever had at a wedding. It was fun to create a menu that reflected our love of Key West. We can proudly say we tried everything (even the Signature Cocktail!) and enjoyed each and every moment of it. We highly suggest working with Abby and Chef Warren. They are with you every step of the way and can provide so many services beyond food. Abby made sure it was all presented in a way that reflected our style as well. We are so full of gratitude and still smiling about the whole experience a month later! Many thanks, Nora & Ken

1. Better communication on meal exceptions is needed from the caterers. Vegetarian/gluten-free…read moremeals were given to the wrong people. 2. The carrots and green beans were barely cooked - crunchy - and hard to cut and chew. They also could have used seasoning (salt and pepper would've been nice). 3. The pork was very fatty. 4. The dessert assortment was small, and only fed about 2/3 of the guests before running out. Not sure how this could have happened when some of the guests had to cancel at the last minute. 5. The wedding couple paid for 2 bartenders for 4 hours, yet only 1 bartender was serving guests at dinnertime. *On the plus side - the cocktail hour and appetizers were well received.

UNRELIABLE, this chef was a NO SHOW, literally! Cynthia GHOSTED ME the day before our scheduled…read moreprivate dinner! She left me with ZERO time to book someone else and completely RUINED our plans. I was DEVASTATED! To this day she has never called or texted. I booked a private dinner for my family of 12 to be served in our large rental. It was a busy time between Christmas and New Years and we both understood this and between emails and text messages worked out what we needed. Just a few details left and I told Cynthia I would be in the Keys Friday Morning. Our last communication was Thursday with no indication she was not interested in catering our dinner. I contacted her Friday morning at 9:30am when I landed in Miami as our private chef meal was scheduled for Saturday night in the Keys where we were staying. I texted and called 3-5 times throughout the day with ZERO response. Cynthia COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME!!!! We had a sunset cruise booked and then home to our beautiful rental. Impeccably Gourmet RUINED our experience. She never called, texted or emailed to cancel. Friday night I sent a text asking her to please verify if she was coming or not. NO ANSWER! Saturday morning, the day of my booked private dinner, I was left with no other choice but to send a text stating since she was ghosting me, I assumed she cancelled the event. Again, NO ANSWER. We had to make last minute dinner plans at a restaurant for a party of 12 in the Keys on a Saturday night. Soooo difficult and totally devastating. I would not trust this company to follow through. I do not recommend hiring Impeccably Gourmet. This review makes me sad, I would have loved to have written a rave review. Edit: see the most recent text screen shot. I also have our emails I can post if you'd like. You were totally on board for catering my dinner. I asked if you needed a deposit and you never asked for one. Your wedding was Jan 1st. You never called or texted me on Jan 2nd, or Jan 3rd. You also never gave me any indication you wanted to cancel my dinner. You simply ghosted me.

We found her to be very responsive to any and all of our questions and very down to earth, with pricing as well. All of her meals were not only delicious, but had generous portions. Chef Wes and Lluvia were absolutely amazing! I wish I was a better writer to describe everything…read moremore than "amazing" and "the most delicious thing I've ever eaten" but I don't. Instead I will tell you to just go ahead and boom Chef Wes. We booked him for my dad's birthday. He called to help with the menu because everything on his website sounds divine. And I said that. While we originally picked like 8+ items from each course, we ended up with 3 appetizers, soup, salad, surf n turf, and dessert. It was too much food but there is not a single item I wouldn't order again. We had coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, and tuna cups for appetizers. I don't even like shrimp that much but omg he may have converted me. Or ruined me because no shrimp will ever come close to tasting that good. The second course was cuban black bean soup and wow! I could've finished with these 4 things and still given a raving review. We weren't planning on soup because it was so hot but I'm so glad we did! Make sure to get the cuban black bean soup. Then we had Watermelon salad that was the perfect amount of fresh fruit over mixed greens and a balsamic dressing. Yum! Our entree was surf and turf. Since we didn't catch anything fishing, Chef Wes picked up fresh Mahi Mahi and topped it with a delicious salsa. The filet was cooked to buttery perfection. The green beans were so garlicky and crunchy and delicious. We had potatoes that we thought would be a nice addition but we're actually seasoned amazingly and was one of the best surprises of the entree. Then when many of us were stuffed to the brim because it was all so good and we couldn't stop eating, we had the Mangoes morada. Fresh Mangoes over ice cream topped with cinnamon sugar almonds and a grand Marnier and chocolate drizzle. The cherry on top of a perfect evening. Chef and Lluvia were just so friendly. We really enjoyed their conversation during our m3al. They timed courses well. We had a few breaks to rest between the later courses and a bit longer before dessert. Lluvia left our rental spotless. She was just so great. I cannot say anything better about our experience for the night. Make sure to book Chef Wes for any meal while you are in the keys. He is worth every penny. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our appetizer was called lobster in the reef-lobster in tempura on a bed of seaweed salad. Yum! The salad was nicely done filled with nuts, cheese and pears. We had to take a slight break before diving into the lava cake finale. Good thing we have days left to rest after this wonderful food coma. Thank you to Chef Wes and Jenn.
