Absolutely fantastic in all regards: Ordering process was simple and to the point. They allowed me to add a tip for the delivery driver. Food was delivered to our hotel in 40 minutes...to our room. We have gotten takeout from them four times and almost everything has been great. While their price seems a little high, the quality and quantity of food is tremendous. We absolutely love their egg drop soup and steamed dumpling. I love their curry chicken, and my wife enjoys their chicken with vegetables in brown sauce. Their eggs rolls have been ok. read more

We are a first timer at Great Dragon. Before I checked reviews and they were not good however they were years old, so we ordered a number of dishes. Food was packed well for carry out with containers full. Everything was there. We all shared and found the food was very good. Wanton was somewhat flat but fine after adding chili sauce. Pick up only. I've tried them 3 times, the first time my food was cold and drenched in soy sauce. The second time not too bad, food was a little dry. Third time I got the orange chicken which wasn't bad but did taste off. I feel like they lack consistency in their recipes. read more

Omigosh, this is the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Bland, soggy and flavorless. The vegetables are not even cut properly. Wait wait, there's more! The waitress is ruder than ...I asked for a saucer in which to place my tea bag, she glared at me, and grabbed a flimsy paper napkin out of the dispenser & flung it at me. Food had good flavor. This is mainly a carry out place but we ate in and I was pleasantly surprised that we were given real silverware and china plates instead of plastic and styrofoam that seems to be typical at most fast food Chinese places. Portions were ample. We ordered one meal and still had leftovers to take home. We will return when in the area. read more

The food here is pretty good, but you will be nickel and dimed for extras. If you order egg rolls as a side, be aware that sweet and sour sauce is not included. I ordered three entrées and two came with sweet and sour sauce. I ordered two extra egg rolls as a side and was forced to pay .50 for sweet and sour sauce with these. I've never had to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce with my egg rolls. I'm a visitor from out of down so perhaps that is normal in this area, but I will not be ordering from here again. read more

I never in my life have left a bad review, but after tonight and all my previous bad experiences with Great Dragon I have to. We ordered this evening and had terrible service. The man taking our order seemed to half listen on the phone. I kept having to repeat myself because he seemed to not be paying attention. We out cked up our food and headed home. I checked the order and had to turn around because it was wrong. She took ten to fifteen mins to correct the problems while the rest of our food got cold. We got home and realized they also forgot our soup. I tried to call and inform her of the additional problems and she argued that we had not ordered any soup. I explained that they already messed up most of our order and requested half of our money back for all the issues we ran into. She refused so I tried to reason with her to get anything back and she started yelling at me telling me she would not give me any money back. Ordered and while they were prompt with most of our order, they forgot one of the entrees. When they corrected this mistake, my meal btw, what I got was not what I ordered, General Tsos chicken. Figured okay, looks good.. took three bites and threw it up a half hour later. Our go to place for good, home cooked Asian Cuisine. Can't beat it. The lo mein is the best lo mein I've ever had. We've been ordering from the Dragon for 20 years and no pm and on changing that anytime soon. The owners are friendly and the service is fast. Can't beat the value either! Why do fast food when you can get whole, fresh food in about the same amount of time!?! We love it. read more
