I'll give them a try for a blowout and see how it goes. My stylist was friendly, and I enjoyed meeting her. I liked the design and modern vibe.

The client repeatedly told the hairstylist that her cut was uneven, and the stylist told her that they're out of time and she would have to come back another time to get it fixed. The client pushed for someone else to come over, and by then it was 18 minutes past my appointment time. I let the receptionist know I was leaving as I had a busy morning planned and there was no end in sight at this point. The salon called me and asked when I could come back to see the same stylist. I told them I wasn't comfortable seeing that stylist after what happened earlier, and they offered no discount to return for my time lost or the opportunity to see someone else. The 2 stars is because it was a very nice and clean looking studio, and I'm sure there are other stylists who are great.

The client next to me had the same process and was finished and out the door before my last foil was in. The absolute worse part was the hair washing. The scrubbing and hair pulling after having chemicals on my head for way too long! My toes were curling!! I let her finish a quick trim and ran out without a blowout. My scalp hurt too much. I'm sure I would of had a wonderful experience had I been listened to and been paired with a seasoned tech. I went to a second salon to color my hair back to a dark chocolate brown color and they cut my hair only to leave it uneven! Long parts on the back and short in others. Horrible. I finally found this location which was close by to where I was hunting for a new salon. And GUSTAVO did magic! He knew exactly what he was doing and I could tell right away. He was not scared to tug here and there and was handling my hair was such confidence. He wasn't afraid to get in there and even out the mess I walked in with.
