I bring my son here for his haircuts. I love the fact that you can check their wait times online and check in as well. It's great not having to wait and pretty much be taken care of when you walk in. They save my sons haircut preferences as well so they know exactly how to cut it when he's there. Some of the stylist are not as friendly as the others but that's with anyplace I guess. Either way the prices are cheap and the cuts are quick and any issues have always been fixed if my son didn't like something. We will be back in a few weeks! read more

I checked online. This is not my normal location. My normal location is under construction. When I arrived, there were 2 cutters. The one who cut my hair, Beth, was complaining the entire time I waited to get my hair cut. She told me and ask the other customers, "You came in on our lunch time. We prefer people don't come in at this time." She removed a customer from the list because he had stepped out side. The other cutter said that was not proper abs she said, "I don't care if he gets pissed or not. He should have stayed in our not come when we are so busy." She engaged in conversation and made it all about herself. She was argumentative while talking to me about her HOA. I mentioned the location I normally go to. She said, "I worked there for a short time. It is near Sun City. Those people are on a fixed income and only tip one dollar. I work due tips and one dollar isn't good enough." She kept on talking about how she needs tips. Her cutting my hair was one of the worst cuts I have had in years. I had a bit of long hair on the lower side of my head sticking up. She said, "That is a cowlick. They stick out like that." She then stated that when you have gray hair, you get cowlicks in odd places. My hair is not, nor has it ever been, gray. Sometimes the wait is long so check in online on the weekend, during the week however my daughter and I invaded unannounced and were quickly seated by two very nice young ladies who quickly did a nice job cutting our hair. I was glad not to get the scowling old matriarch who seemed to sit around and glare at the customers rather than cut hair. absolutely disappointed with my hair cut i came here around 7 as it was a zero minute wait so we got sat right away which was nice. The lady had asked what i wanted, i said 3 inches with some face framing/layering and after she got done cutting i noticed the way she started layering looked choppy but i gave her the benefit of doubt after my hair not being blended she moved to the face framing. she had cut my hair straight down in a line like this not making it blend honestly its if a child were to cut hair as my hair is shorter and takes long to grow definitely don't recommend and i'd like to know how they are training employees its embarrassing having to leave looking worse than you did walking in. read more

Easily the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I'm in town on business and thought I would get it done so I would be ready for more travel. The stylist rushed through the haircut, I don't think she used her scissors twice, and the back of my head looks like she used a lawnmower. Felt like it too. The stylist was Theresa.
