I checked online. This is not my normal location. My normal location is under construction. When I arrived, there were 2 cutters. The one who cut my hair, Beth, was complaining the entire time I waited to get my hair cut. She told me and ask the other customers, "You came in on our lunch time. We prefer people don't come in at this time." She removed a customer from the list because he had stepped out side. The other cutter said that was not proper abs she said, "I don't care if he gets pissed or not. He should have stayed in our not come when we are so busy." She engaged in conversation and made it all about herself. She was argumentative while talking to me about her HOA. I mentioned the location I normally go to. She said, "I worked there for a short time. It is near Sun City. Those people are on a fixed income and only tip one dollar. I work due tips and one dollar isn't good enough." She kept on talking about how she needs tips. Her cutting my hair was one of the worst cuts I have had in years. I had a bit of long hair on the lower side of my head sticking up. She said, "That is a cowlick. They stick out like that." She then stated that when you have gray hair, you get cowlicks in odd places. My hair is not, nor has it ever been, gray. I will not be returning here. If you do go here, avoid Beth.

I bring my son here for his haircuts. I love the fact that you can check their wait times online and check in as well. It's great not having to wait and pretty much be taken care of when you walk in. They save my sons haircut preferences as well so they know exactly how to cut it when he's there. Some of the stylist are not as friendly as the others but that's with anyplace I guess. Either way the prices are cheap and the cuts are quick and any issues have always been fixed if my son didn't like something. We will be back in a few weeks!

These ladies are amazing! I typically use Samatha but when she's not there, the other ladies are good too. Definitely very happy with Sam! Her haircuts are always great!! But many times the place is crowded which is a good sign! read more

There was an amazing stylist trying to work a style that a mother couldn't explain and he was patient and cut their hair 3 times just to make them happy. I was shocked he got $2 for a tip when so much time went into pleasing this parent. NOT OK they were rude and he did everything he could! read more

Misty who works there is an entitled, rude woman. She also needs a hearing aid as she needs to do her annoying lil work gurl-boss routine by asking over and over huh because she doesn't make an effort to listen and when you repeat yourself she gets annoyed and rude. Not going to this location ever again. All the other 1 star reviews here seem right on the mark and not just me. read more

Ryan is wonderful and totally saved my mental health after my daughter chopped off her hair she was devastated but Ryan stayed late after she heard about the hair emergency! absolutely disappointed with my hair cut i came here around 7 as it was a zero minute wait so we got sat right away which was nice. The lady had asked what i wanted, i said 3 inches with some face framing/layering and after she got done cutting i noticed the way she started layering looked choppy but i gave her the benefit of doubt after my hair not being blended she moved to the face framing. she had cut my hair straight down in a line like this not making it blend honestly its if a child were to cut hair as my hair is shorter and takes long to grow definitely don't recommend and i'd like to know how they are training employees its embarrassing having to leave looking worse than you did walking in. read more

She cut my mother's hair today and she treated her so specially no matter how picky mom was, lol (j/K, I have to say that so I don't get in trouble). Old Hispanic lady cut my hair just a week ago Told her to blend my hair. She couldn't do that ended up leaving a line on the side of my hair. Asked if she can fix it. You sign up online and wait your turn and when you get here you let them know your here, then they keep calling people ahead of you, my wait time was only 4 minutes when I arrived, I get up to look and see where I am at in the list and the monitor doesn't even work, I go and sit back down and the lady says that she called you but you must of not heard her, I'm thinking what the fuck did she do whisper??, so they continue to call people ahead of me, it's been 15 minutes past my check in time, still no call, don't come here you will waste a lot of time. Not worth it. read more

Easily the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I'm in town on business and thought I would get it done so I would be ready for more travel. The stylist rushed through the haircut, I don't think she used her scissors twice, and the back of my head looks like she used a lawnmower. Felt like it too. The stylist was Theresa. If you are brave enough to go here I would recommend avoiding her like the plague. Horrible experience. read more

If I could give no star I would , Iv taken by boys to this local couple times. The ladies that work there are rude. I chocked it up as we all have bad days . Nope. This ain't it. I made the mistake of taking my young brother's here for a haircut since their normal barbershop was closed... I don't know how you went to school to cut hair and can't do a simple haircut. This franchise is not the spot for an Black American. Our stylist was Jessica N. She was attentive and nice and so kind with my daughter. I was happy for that. She did a great job, Gave her a great cut, and made her feel really taken care of. She was pretty quick too. The store itself is so cute. They seem to offer other services such as massage and retail. I purchased myself some cute earrings and asked about the massage schedule, but that they couldn't book same day. If you want a great haircut, or even a semi-decent haircut, run away. This was my fiancé's second time getting a haircut here. The first time wasn't so bad, until he washed it then we saw how uneven and choppy it was. This time, Alexandra did his hair and it went downhill from the very beginning. She began the haircut by talking negatively about me to my fiancé when I walked away, then proceeded to cut his hair uneven and cut his neckline halfway up the back of his neck. I know it's our fault for even coming to great clips but just wish places like this would care about who they hire. Very unprofessional and sloppy by Alexandra. read more
