Went here a couple weeks ago and the stylist couldn't tell that my fade was an inch off. I asked her does this look ok to you and she said yes so i was like alright lemme pay and get out here. The manager or supervisor than acted responsibly and said I didn't need to pay and also volunteered to fix my hair. For that I give her respect and thought I could give this place a second chance if I was ever in the area. The second chance was worse. If you got this far I would recommend law enforcement not get there hair done here as the twerp that was cutting my hair openly disparaged me and my job. And that's fine everyone's entitled to their opinions. A little unprofessional for a place of business, but I won't be going back as that is two different but bad experiences in a row. read more

I received the WORST haircut I have ever had, even worse than when I tried to cut my own emo hair back in high school. I showed the hairdresser TWO pictures of what I wanted and my hair doesn't look like them AT ALL. On top of that, after growing my hair out for the past year, she chopped all of it off. When I sat in the chair I told her I only wanted TWO inches off at the most. The girl needs to learn how to measure because please tell me how my hair was at the middle of my back and now it's above my shoulders. On top of that, my bangs are uneven, the hair framing the sides of my face are two different lengths on each side and there is nothing I can do to save my hair. I'm not a hairdresser, but I'm sure when you're taking length off you don't have someone put their head down. That's not showing you where the hair will actually land when my head is up like a normal person. I have NEVER been so angry with my hair. Im okay with leaving 1 star because the manager did give me a refund. And I regret to say I did not get the name of my hairdresser, but I hope they teach her to replicate a photo shown, and how to measure. I think that's a huge mistake. They get a lot of business from these ads and already charge a high price for a cut. I'll look for another small privately owned shop. This was my first time coming here as I am a local for working in the area and the upland location had a very long wait time and this location was on the way anyways so I said what the heck . It was Friday so I made it just in time before the rush . Love that you can make an appointment beforehand and they're very cordial and professional . Dawn was just excellent . She was so nice , conscientious, respectful and very outgoing. She knew how to work my hair and I right away knew my gut could trust her . She's a great stylist and a great person to have a convo with as well . She had great communication and was very thorough and honest through out my haircut and wash . She ruined my hair and i still tipped because honestly you never know what someone is going thru but at the end of the day it was the worse haircut. I went to this location for the very first time and decided to go here since my husband goes to this one sometimes. I regret coming to this location. First, one of the hairstylist called another gentleman before me even though he came after me. I sat in the waiting area and still hadn't been called until she realized that I had already checked in and somehow missed my name on the list. She did apologize. I requested a trim that would have my hair slightly above my shoulder when dry. I had also asked for a blunt cut. After my hair had been cut, the cut was WAY shorted than I had asked for. The cut was to about my chin! The hairstylist didn't even give me the mirror to see the back of the hair. Thanks a lot for making the beginning of my day a bad haircut day. I showed my husband and he even agreed it was way too short. I know hair will grow back but I will can not recommend this place. I will not go back. So I arrived when needed to and and I got to the store and was told that I was going to have to wait an additional 17 minutes. I had just left Fontana location because I was checked in 1 next up and get skipped twice by two different barbers. I then asked if there was a reason why I had got skipped the ladies response was he was checked in first. She then looked back to another barber and ask if that was correct. She said I was here. She said nothing else to me and continued to cut the other person's hair with no explanation no apology just expecting me to wait. They were busy with an almost full waiting area but Daniella (I believe that was her name) checked us in and took us back right away. This was for a 2 year old son. She was patient and did a good job on his hair. She asked me, Mom, before she cut anything to make sure that's what I wanted him to have. I was very impressed. Went there today and Curled hair lady (who is always there - probably the store manager) gave us the nasty attitude. She asked us (nephew and I) for our names and on the screens facing us (customers) displayed numbers and names so we stated #1 and #5 but instead of explaining us that she don't see the numbers just the names. Wasn't informed that she was still learning before she sat me down. Tried to make small talk but she just talked about how much she hated cutting hair and this was all just a waste of time for her cause she wants to do nails. Asked her for a skin fade and I got no kind of fade. Looks like I asked her to cut it in sections instead with how bad she cut. Clippers pulled at my hair and when she finished she complained about how much she hates doing skin fades (not reassuring). I just wanted to leave her chair cause all she talked about was the drama of a salon but seems to me like she's the problem.
