I asked for a few of the other stylists and the receptionist informed me that none of them were taking new clients. The only option she gave me was a stylist who always seems to have a really bad attitude. She always had a lot of open appointments, which I take as a bad sign, and she had done a poor job on my haircut once in the past. I asked for a Saturday appointment because I work in Pittsburgh and get home late in the evenings. The receptionist continued to insist I come in after work during the week and ended up giving me one of the last appointments of the night. I figured I would give the stylist another chance. Unsurprisingly, the stylist was in a really bad mood, acted very impolitely, and did a terrible job with my hair. It's a shame because I really enjoyed going here and there are several amazing stylists at the salon, they just do not take any new clients.
