She is easy to book appointments with and has a nice variety of availability. The salon itself is bright and nicely set up. There are two nail techs and several stations for stylists. They have two shampoo sinks (where you can also get waxing done) and two dryers. Shelby has done cuts, colors and full highlights for me and also done cuts for my kids. What I like is that she is honest about what will and won't work with colors and styles. If she thinks something won't last or that you won't be happy, she will tell you and suggest alternatives that might work better. She works efficiently but you never feel rushed and her prices are very affordable. I always look and feel amazing after a visit to Shelby. Highly recommend her!

My stylist did a great job. The problem is that they are forced to use their own private label products. All the curl went out of my hair by the time my uber got me home. I tried re curling it but the glue they called hairspray was too heavy and just weighed it all down. So I tried brushing it straight. It looked more like clumps of straw. I recommend the place just bring your own products. I think the salon should allow the professional stylist to choose what products they use.
