Each stylists are regularly educated by top notch industry programs from Framesi. They offer different level of stylists as well. My daughter and I came here for color and highlights . Vicky that did are hair couldn't hold a conversation she was to busy looking at herself in the mirror. The receptionist was the best part of our experience. Was charged over three hundred dollars for our hair then she gave me the worst hair cut I've ever had. Not a trim like I asked for. Wouldn't recommend beware they also charge a COVID fee. read more

Made an appointment Saturday morning--- to my surprise they had an opening! It was my birthday so I wanted to make a bold change with my hair. I called... told them I was interested in a cut/color/highlights. I show up... Show the stylist some pics told her I was pretty open. I told her I wanted bold highlights and I didn't care if I needed to bleach my hair. For 30 mins her and her manager discussed how there wasn't enough time for this or enough time for that. Making me feel like a problem or inconvenience. So already I am not feeling very comfortable. Finally she convinces me to keep my ombre and that she could make my top half really really red and keep the bottom blonde. I agreed because at this point I just wanted to move on. 2.5 hours later... we rinse and blow dry... I look in the mirror and my hair is shiny.... but NOT red. Before jumping to conclusions I wanted to go home and see what my husband thought. He asked me why I didn't get my hair done.... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I walked in.. paid 150.00 and walked out with the same hair I walked in with. I called the manager... waited several hours before getting a return call. She offered to redo my hair which at this point I was getting ready to go out for my birthday so I agreed. As I am getting ready my cousin points out how dumb my hair looks from behind and that the dye was super inconsistent all over. A birthday girl DOES NOT want to hear that right before going out. So the next day I sent a facebook message to the salon because they are closed on sundays. I told them I did not want to come in. I told them I would like my money back so I can just start all over again. They respond telling me they don't give refunds on already performed work. And that the manager is "willing" to come in on her day off Monday to fix my hair. I'm sorry... willing?? Is that really how that should be phrased? Now I am back to feeling like an inconvenience... AGAIN. So of course this makes me angry and I tell them that is not a solution and I want my money back and that their website does not say no refunds. I then get a rude response telling me "Our website is not an all inclusive data base of their policies." I am floored at this point. So I respond back by telling them I am very uncomfortable and I don't want to step foot in there and that I really deserve to have my money back. ..Monday morning and I am still waiting on a response ... from a message facebook was kind enough to inform me has been read..... Perhaps Samantha could have used some pre-planning and gone in knowing what she wanted in the first place and been aware of how long it would take to get the results she desired. My daughter got highlights that had to be fixed and I looked worse from my hair color than when I arrived. Had to have others fix their mistakes twice now, won't be back. I complained, and had the stylist fix what she could, but it still is horrible. She didn't listen and seemed rushed. Don't waste your money! read more

I'm not one to complain however I am applauded at how my mother was treated at Command Performance. After spending over $200 on color ( which was a hideous color of red that the stylist insisted would look great) my mom paid and left. While she was sitting in HER CAR the stylist came running out and knocked on her window accusing her of stealing a MAGAZINE!! He escorted her back inside the salon where my mom found the magazine on the shelf. She said she has never felt like such scum in her entire life! Everyone is always very nice whenever I go in. The receptionists are \ friendly and my stylist Lauren is amazing! I also love the products that the carry (Framesi line). They try to educate you and make recommendations based on your hair type / routine without pressure to buy. They are very busy though so it can be hard to get an appointment if you don't already have one scheduled. read more

Not very accommodating....I called to make an appointment for coloring and trim. When I called I explained my that I was debating whether or not to go natural (white) or to continue with overall haircolor. I was willing, for this first time, to pay for one of the more expensive stylists realizing that it was short notice (called on Friday for a Saturday appointment). I have a disability making travel difficult especially with the horrible winter weather we have had. I was excited that they were able to give me an appointment and was really looking forward to going. I received a phone call on Saturday morning from the stylist asking me whether it I need overall haircolor or highlights. I explained, again, my circumstances and she said okay. An hour before my appointment, I received another call from the receptionist saying that this stylist would not have time for me. She indicated that I could come in for a consultation and arrange an appointment for another time. I admit that I was abrupt in saying to forget it that I wouldn't bother, but I was so terribly disappointed. There wasn't even an offer of having someone else do my hair. I can't believe that they were that busy, but I might be wrong. Each time I spoke to someone there was a lack of friendliness. That should have been my first clue that they would not be accommodating. I'm glad that they have so many customers that they couldn't make time for me because they lost one today and the potential of two others as well. read more
