How long is the waiting time for Peking duck?

Once you place the order, it comes out based on what you ordered. Didn't need a special order anything. Came out maybe 30 minutes after we ordered and food came out.

Do they offer any vegan options? I see vegetarian items on the menu but i am assuming they all have fish sauce, right? Does anyone know? Thank you!

Usually Chinese do not use fish sauce, just Thai and Vietnamese. Ask, when you order.

I got a voicemail confirming my reservation, and it said that there needs to be a minimum $35 per person charge. Is this being enforced? We plan to eat a full dinner there but this seems a bit unreasonable.

Yes and no, from experience with taxes and tips trust me your bill will come up to at least $35 per if not more - duck alone is $50 and all other dishes in $20 ranges

Cool to see a restaurant stick around for that long. We got to the restaurant right when it opened for lunch at 11:30 on Sunday. Free street parking on Sunday! I thought everything was solid top to bottom, but here is my ranking in descending order: Braised Eggplant Tofu Clay Pot - I generally like this dish everywhere and they have a good version on this here - seasoned well, tender eggplant, and nice texture on the tofu Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings - non-traditional "salt & pepper" - thick coating of tempura-like batter, very peppery (black pepper), and wings set on a bed of sauteed onions. Sesame Bread with Green Onion - tasty, but unlike other "da bing" I've had. This was on the thin side, meaning you have a lot more crispy outside compared fluffy inside. This was also lighter on the green onion. Classic Shrimp & Chive Dumpling - can't go wrong with dumplings - an order comes with 12 dumplings, each filled with big pieces of shrimp. I liked the texture but it is a little different - looser filling instead of a solid meat/veg ball on the inside. Original Braised Pork Noodle Soup - I liked the flavor of the soup and noodles. There was a ton of meat (diced) but they were on the tough side.

I especially like that there's an option to choose between thin, thick, or rice noodles, as well as different spice levels. The food was fresh and not overly salty. Service was abrupt, but I wouldn't deem it negatively given how busy the place was--the line was out the door when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes to get in, which wasn't unreasonable, and once we ordered, the food came out quickly. The place is very small and seemingly popular. I would definitely come back. Solid 8/10.

Since there is fairly limited seating, wait times can be rough, especially if you're going during lunch or dinner rush. I've waited 30-45 minutes before. The restaurant is pretty small so tables are pretty close to each other and it may be difficult to be seated quickly if you're going in with a larger group. That asides, the food as Noodle Dynasty is unmatched. I typically get their noodle soups, which are a massive portion size, & appetizers, such as lamb skewers, spicy wontons, and chinese doughnuts. To this day, I think that the spicy wontons are the best in the area - super flavorful beyond just the chili oil taste. Definitely recommend getting these! You order on a tablet & food comes out so fast. Could not recommend this place enough!

However we used the kiosk and an error happened. The lady came to assist us, and she was really rude. The payment went through on our end. We showed the lady, and she deliberately dismissed us. Ask us to pay again, when we were showing her that the payment was already taken. She kept stating that it was declined, when clearly the funds have left the account. I work at a credit union, I know how it works. She ended up telling them to make it still, when we were trying to resolve the issue. She brought another person up, he explained to us that it was going to decline. The transaction stated that it was pending, it did not decline. It was authorized and approve. I'm not sure if they know how it works, but financial institutions approve the transaction. It goes in a pending status, and the merchant is the one that does the final authorization. We don't live around the area, the resolution was to call back if we were double charged. We are not going to sit around and chase $30. It is such a shame, because they have a nice establishment, but customer service is not up to par. We ended up leaving because if you're not able to comprehend the issue of your system how can we trust you to do another transaction when. Mind you I have been a yelp elite for 8 years. I don't normally give 1 star ratings and for this to warrant that the customer service spoke for the restaurant itself.

Both come with a sweet soy sauce to dress the rolls and the beef shrimp roll has a peanut buttery taste to it. The congee is also good... very silky and made with ginger... like Cantonese style. I especially like the fish congee. Their fengzhao is very good however the portion is very small-- so I prefer to order two portions The dimsum is very small but enough to satisfy cravings. However, going here does certainly scratch the craving for chang fen whenever I am feeling it.
