The customer service has actually improved since the first visit I did and they did a pretty good job on that first trip. The staff were smiling and happy to see all their customers and are learning the ways of Fatburger although with any new locations there are still a few hiccups but they were far fewer this time. As for the food , I did get my double king burger as opposed to my first visit when i recieved a single king . and it was so good!!!!!. Great cheese to meat ratio and the hamburger buns were pillowy soft . They now have napkin trays at every table and trust me at Fatburger you need them.The burgers are that juicy. The fries were back to the thickness that I remembered in Vancouver when I went there.
