The technician claimed he didn't touch the panel to perform the oil change. yet they jerry-rigged it with a zip tie rather than ordering the correct part or offering to replace it when I brought the vehicle back in for repair. They took no ownership of the issue and didn't even apologize. I've serviced both of my vehicles here for years without a single problem, but the moment an issue arised that they caused, they refused to take responsibility of it and offered only a half-assed fix. If it wasn't their fault, why would they even touch the panel to fix it after I dropped it off. I will no longer be bringing either of my vehicles to have them serviced at this location.

The second time was the polar opposite- I took my car and left. 1) $50 markup from less than two months agoz Never gave me a heads up when I made appt. Not just passing the cost of oil on to customer, marking it way way up. 2) The owner? Was unkind, combative, and aggressive when I asked for an explanation. He was downright rude. This is how you lose business. Found a great place nearby on 45 in Lindenhurst, very reasonable and nice people!
