Our technician, SMN is what printed on our receipt but that may be her initials, was amazing. They were quick, technically skilled, and courteous. They did our oil change, checked how the car ran, and advised other necessities to make the car run right. It is also really cool to have a non male mechanic! ( I hate that) Jeffs auto charges you $60 just to drive your car up the street to test drive. So unethically. I had my power steering done at Jeff auto March 2022. ($394.70) It's now failing. I also had my control arms and suspension and cv joints done in June of 2024 ($1574.80) and they're now failing. I also had my brakes completely done October of 2024 ($844.67) they're failing. I spent over $3020 and I took it to them the other day. I told them it was shaking and my power steering was leaking and they said we're charging you $60 for a diagnostic and would not cover any of the repair.They said none of it is under warranty. I will never go there again or recommend. Don't go here. And they don't care about your safety. Just more money to take from you and have the parts fail
