Great experience today with this crew. I have sent two others to this place so far. Definitely professional and courteous. I had questions and was given thorough explanations and recommendations. Fair prices. I shopped around and these guys beat the other quotes. I'll be back and will bring others with me. (Military friendly offering discounts to those that serve.) read more

some friendly, some not. it's overpriced and as other reviews have stated, they're not actually adding / topping off fluids. i checked this when i got home and called to ask what was up and they said to "bring it back in" to top off / fill. sorry, no. that's not how it's supposed to work and is a massive inconvenience. overall seems shady and don't believe i'd return. read more

Love grease monkey! I even moved cities and I will still drive all the way back here to get my oil changes done

Grease Monkey - Fenway approves this message! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Garden Grove, California

Amazing service provided by both Daniel and Dylan. Just wanted to give them both huge shoutout. I heard and read nothing but great reviews, so I decided to check them out. Gave them a call at 5 and realized they closed at 6, and they still took me in with no problems! On top of that they finished my oil change service in less than 20 minutes. They also hooked it up with $20 off the service so that's just the cherry on top. Would highly recommend coming here and I'll most definitely be back. read more

These guys are good - I went here 2x already and they never fail to provide great service to my car. They do recommend additional services to be done to your vehicle ; however, these are "recommendations" so it's up to the customer to do them or not. I did not feel like they were pressuring me to add additional work to my car. Will definitely come back again. read more

Dude, I've never loved an auto shop more than I do this spot. Everyone that works here is super nice and they for sure take care of their customers. They cleaned the outside of my windows, offered to vacuum out my car, and hooked me up with free coffee as well as a drinks and a snack bar. Will forever be coming back. read more

Needed an oil change and went to a major chain and stood there for 10 minutes as the desk person was chatting with the crew in the bays. She seen me but, acted like there was no hurry to get to me. So, I left. Next day got off work and stopped by grease monkey... guy was there before I could step out of my car. He collected my info on the iPad and then said "go on in, there's coffee, snacks etc". It took a total of 25 minutes in and out and they check everything. Cannot say how great and professional they are. You have a returning customer here. read more

Always come here and they take great care of my car and are always nice. Great customer experience. Recommend to everyone.

Bring all my cars here. Great price and service and they do break repairs . oh and the free snacks in the lobby

I got a response from Stacy and was referred to contact an email to make the complaint official. I spent the time to compose the email. I got generic response the said all the same things over. How they take these complaints seriously and the are going to do corrertive action, etc. Why did I even bother. I can't be the only customer to get this crappy treatment. Come on. They try to sell my wife some maintenance that she clearly doesn't need, then ignores the basic fluid check that they advertised. I wouldn't bring my car here ever again for fear of retaliation. I need to contact the better business association. read more

Called on a Wednesday morning to ask about full brake replacement services. My 14 year old Challenger has 85k miles. My car shook and squeaked when braking and so I bought new brakes, rotors, and calipers myself and just needed to find a place to do the work. Took it in to Grease Monkey after calling in morning. Was met in parking lot right away by employee to ask how I needed help. They gave me a quote and estimate time it would take. They called in afternoon when it was ready for pick up. Price was exactly what they quoted (no added charges or fees). My car drives extremely smooth now and stops as if it were a brand new car. I'm super happy and thankful for the service. Each employee from drop off to pick up was nice and helpful. read more

They plugged a tire puncture quickly and right away. Great customer service...earlier this year they did my brakes and a major mileage service (70k), very reasonable price read more

Awesome service! Staff professional. Joseph was great at explaining other services needed. Great price! I will be back!

Hands down best car maintenance experience! Super friendly, clean and quick service. They were honest, affordable and reliable. Called right before heading over for a synthetic oil change, I spoke with Chris... dropped off car and was ready within 45 min. Their lobby was clean, well stocked for customers while they wait and I couldn't ask for more. Every single person working there was so kind and well to work with! 10/10 Thanks guys, see ya next time! read more

This place is trash, GOT AN OIL CHANGE price fine. He shows me my cabin filter and it has debris in it, tells me I need to have it changed, I decline. He places it back with the debris in it. Couldn't be bothered to shake it out ? Cause I didn't pay 89$ for a new one ? HOW YOU DO ANYTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING. THEN HE BREAKS MY KEY AND SAYS IT WAS BROKEN BEFORE . I just realized I posted a gym pic this morning and my keys were in it. DOES THIS LOOK BROKEN TO YOU ?? This place should be avoided. If you're reading this feel free to send me a 500$ refund that Hondas asking for a new key you bum. read more

I just pulled and was greeted by name as I got out the door and "you're here for an oil change"? (I just turned 60, so I'm thinking, "magic". But, I did have this app open when I pulled up!) I loved all of their attitudes (laughing and joking around the shop here and there). And they are respectful to your choices and not pushy towards any extra services they see might be any issue. I'm drinking a cream soda in memory of my dad, whom I would call for all my mechanical/car questions up until his passing. p.s. Music screen with Amazon music showing words for those who want to spontaneously want to stand up and sing karaoke! (I triple dare you!) p.s.s. Bilingual! read more

GREASE MONKEY, 6962 Chapman Ave, Ste 1396, Garden Grove, CA 92845 I have now had work done twice once for an oil change and the second time major work both times the service and work done was excellent. I have been to Grease Monkey twice (on Chapman) and have been greeted by the lovely Brandy and treated very respectfully by Joseph who explained patiently what needed to be done to my car. He pointed out things that were unnecessary for me to do too, which impressed me because he was looking out for my dollar. The customer service sitting room is the nicest I've seen with a stocked refrigerator of cold drinks, available coffee and plentiful snacks. Dana, the owner, came out to see if everything was to my liking and I felt like a truly valued customer. I definitely recommend this place to others! read more

My husband just came back from having my oil changed at Grease Monkey and came back raving about his experience. He went from I really don't want to do this to a big smile and a new hat. We like to support local independent businesses. This one ticks all the boxes. Woman owned, friendly, clean establishment, complimentary snacks and drinks. Most importantly they were thorough. Not only did they change my oil, they checked the breaks, fluids, and ran diagnostics. All of this for a reasonable price. read more

I have to say this place is amazing! You don't have to sit in your car, while getting it serviced. They offer an air conditioned sitting room with drinks and snacks complementary. They are fast honest and not pushy. They give you a set price sheet to pick from and tell you what is recommended for your car. They also vacuumed and did my window free of charge. I was impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend this place, and will be making it my go to place from now on. read more

While my oil was being changed they washed my windows and vacuumed my car! What!? Never have I seen this level of service. I had received a coupon in the mail and got 15.00 off bring my total for a full synthetic oil change to 68.00 and won't need to change my oil for another 8,000 miles. Great experience getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. Chris greeted me, showed me the options, told me it would be about 25 minutes, and showed me to the lounge. They have a window inside where you can look into the garage and see them working on your car. Only took about 15-20 minutes, love that they use covers on the steering wheel and the floor mat so my car didn't get dirty. It was $50 for the basic oil change, but the service was so great that I'll be back! read more
