Amazing service provided by both Daniel and Dylan. Just wanted to give them both huge shoutout. I heard and read nothing but great reviews, so I decided to check them out. Gave them a call at 5 and realized they closed at 6, and they still took me in with no problems! On top of that they finished my oil change service in less than 20 minutes. Dude, I've never loved an auto shop more than I do this spot. Everyone that works here is super nice and they for sure take care of their customers. These guys are good - I went here 2x already and they never fail to provide great service to my car. They do recommend additional services to be done to your vehicle ; however, these are "recommendations" so it's up to the customer to do them or not. I did not feel like they were pressuring me to add additional work to my car. Will definitely come back again. read more

Needed an oil change and went to a major chain and stood there for 10 minutes as the desk person was chatting with the crew in the bays. She seen me but, acted like there was no hurry to get to me. So, I left. Next day got off work and stopped by grease monkey... guy was there before I could step out of my car. He collected my info on the iPad and then said "go on in, there's coffee, snacks etc". It took a total of 25 minutes in and out and they check everything. I got a response from Stacy and was referred to contact an email to make the complaint official. I spent the time to compose the email. I got generic response the said all the same things over. How they take these complaints seriously and the are going to do corrertive action, etc. Why did I even bother. I can't be the only customer to get this crappy treatment. Come on. They try to sell my wife some maintenance that she clearly doesn't need, then ignores the basic fluid check that they advertised. I wouldn't bring my car here ever again for fear of retaliation. This place is trash, GOT AN OIL CHANGE price fine. He shows me my cabin filter and it has debris in it, tells me I need to have it changed, I decline. He places it back with the debris in it. Couldn't be bothered to shake it out ? Cause I didn't pay 89$ for a new one ? HOW YOU DO ANYTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING. THEN HE BREAKS MY KEY AND SAYS IT WAS BROKEN BEFORE . I just realized I posted a gym pic this morning and my keys were in it. DOES THIS LOOK BROKEN TO YOU ?? This place should be avoided. Called on a Wednesday morning to ask about full brake replacement services. My 14 year old Challenger has 85k miles. My car shook and squeaked when braking and so I bought new brakes, rotors, and calipers myself and just needed to find a place to do the work. Took it in to Grease Monkey after calling in morning. Was met in parking lot right away by employee to ask how I needed help. They gave me a quote and estimate time it would take. They called in afternoon when it was ready for pick up. Price was exactly what they quoted (no added charges or fees). My car drives extremely smooth now and stops as if it were a brand new car. I'm super happy and thankful for the service. I just pulled and was greeted by name as I got out the door and "you're here for an oil change"? (I just turned 60, so I'm thinking, "magic". But, I did have this app open when I pulled up!) I have to say this place is amazing! You don't have to sit in your car, while getting it serviced. They offer an air conditioned sitting room with drinks and snacks complementary. They are fast honest and not pushy. They give you a set price sheet to pick from and tell you what is recommended for your car. They also vacuumed and did my window free of charge. Came here for an oil change and was 4th in line. Very friendly and responsive staff. They invited me to free drinks and snacks inside. Lots of seating despite smaller size waiting area. While my oil was being changed they washed my windows and vacuumed my car! What!? Never have I seen this level of service. I had received a coupon in the mail and got 15.00 off bring my total for a full synthetic oil change to 68.00 and won't need to change my oil for another 8,000 miles. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I went for the first time about two months ago for an oil change. I knew about a bad part that causes oil to burn faster and I was glad they knew about it too. They offered to fix it and I when I declined, bc we are selling the car soon, they didn't hassle me or give me attitude. They were very nice, had fast service and even offered to top it off my oil (2qrts) for free if it did burn off before the next oil change. Today I went back bc my oil did burn fast like we knew it would and they got me in right away. Even though my oil needed 3qrts they didn't charge me and my teenage boys were happy bc they had snacks in the lobby. All the workers were very nice and it felt like they sincerely wanted to help. Love the phone and in-person customer service. The lobby is nice and clean. They changes my oil while I made myself a cup of coffee. The business is female-owned and operated which impressed me as a woman. I told them about a certain noise I was hearing. They drove the car and checked it. The gentleman that assisted me with the diagnosis said that they didn't hear anything but they noticed my back breaks needed to be changed. He gave me a quote and details about cutting the rotors. I decided to go with new rotors and brake pads. He gave a discount which I appreciated. My niece the new owner of my car took it in and they noticed the back right brake light was off. They changed it for free as they should have caught it during the oil change. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all for the superior customer service. What especially caught my attention was their honesty about the oil change, will be every 5k miles not 3k like most oil places would say. Great experience getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. Chris greeted me, showed me the options, told me it would be about 25 minutes, and showed me to the lounge. They have a window inside where you can look into the garage and see them working on your car. Only took about 15-20 minutes, love that they use covers on the steering wheel and the floor mat so my car didn't get dirty. It was $50 for the basic oil change, but the service was so great that I'll be back! read more
