The managers are very kind and will help answer any questions and the upper and lower bay guys work very hard to get your car in and out in speedy timing while ensuring the work done is at the highest level of standards. The prices were extremely fair too and they are very informative of what's going on with your car and what it may need to keep it in tip top shape but not pushy to upsale you at the same time. 10/10 5 stars allathat good stuff.

They were both very nice. Technician advised that the coolant reservoir was bone dry, and suggested a flush. I said no I would see if my husband wanted to do the flush later, but I didn't wanna do it then. Today... Two days later, I decided I ought to check the fluid situation to see if it was still dry... And yes, it was. They did not add one drop. Not only that, the washer fluid was also not topped off. I didn't check the oil yet, but I feel I need to... I had to go run an errand, but that will be next. I guess I assumed also that it should've been correct ‍. Radiator has fluid in it so that was good.. Anyway, our flu is not topped off anymore by Jiffy Lube? Or is it because I had a Groupon? I was a little disappointed... No make that. VERY disappointed. It's such a little thing and it should be done, right? If not, they should certainly let you know! Anyway. I probably won't go back.

I brought my car in for intermittent cooling issues with the A/C. They told me the problem was too much Freon, so they drained it, put the same fluid back in, and added dye "to check for leaks." I was charged $208 for this, and assured that was the issue. But this makes no sense--if there were actually a leak, the fluid would be low, not over full. Adding dye to look for leaks completely contradicts what they claimed the problem was. After picking it up, I drove for about 10 minutes only to realize the exact same problem still existed. I called back to let them know, and was then told that sometimes they "start with charging and checking fluids," but it could actually be a bigger issue and I'd need to bring it back. Why wasn't that explained upfront instead of being told it was fixed? And if there really was a "bigger issue," why didn't they notice it during their so-called test drive? My invoice even shows the exact same mileage for intake and outtake, which tells me the car was never actually driven. They also told me I needed new tie rods. Trusting them, I had those done--almost $1,000. My vehicle was driving just fine with no symptoms, so now I'm questioning whether that repair was even necessary. Based on the A/C still not being repaired at all, I'm seriously questioning their entire diagnosis. On top of that, they changed the oil but then wanted an additional $187 just to check the reason for the check engine light. Thankfully I didn't agree to that, because after driving it home the light went off on its own--just as I suspected, it was only triggered by the oil change being due. All in all, despite the kindness of the staff and the nice facility, I left feeling like it was a total waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend them.

We told them the problem They told me it would be another $170 to see what's wrong even though we already paid $170 saying nothing was wrong with our car and only Needed a new battery When clearly there was a new problem. Lucky for ChatGPT told me it was an engine control module problem that gets reset when you replace your battery and can cause your steering Wheel to shake and the idle to be off was the problem and easy to fix on our own fortunately. You would think this is common knowledge the auto technician would have told us about rather then trying to charge us another $170! Dishonest!
