They never recommend anything I don't need. I don't always do everything they recommend, sometimes I prefer to replace my cabin filter by myself. I also replaced my own lightbulbs. The car wash is decent and about as busy as the other local automatic car washes which varies by weather in time of year.

I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . I was able to pick my car up after only three days and If it wasn't for the service of their loaner vehicle I would have been left with no transportation. I highly recommend this business! They care, and recognize everyday hard working people! I value their professionalism, communication and continuous effort to make their customers feel understood and cared for. The F150 had some damage from hitting a deer & Dakota the owner discovered things in his pre-inspection which other mechanical shops completely missed and we're probably gonna add onto my bill after they had my whole truck taken apart... His honest, integrity, and broad depth of mechanical knowledge, makes doing business with him easy and frictionless. They are fair on prices and a good value. BEWARE!!! I had a horrible experience at Brackett Triple M Auto. I took my car there complaining…read moreof a burning smell and mentioned to them that I thought it might be the brakes. These guys assured me that I had to get the front brakes completely changed - rotors, calipers, and brake pads and claimed this was the cause. When I went to pick up the car, it wouldn't even start because they drained my battery and weren't even aware of it! The car had to be jump started before I could leave. When I got home the car still had the smell. These guys didn't even check to see if they fixed the problem!!! $1700 down the drain!!! I took my car to another garage in town, and not only did they actually find the real problem and fix it they also found that the brakes that were changed in the front were not even done correctly. They also didn't even grease up the brakes which they charged me for. I had to get the brakes redone by the other garage. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I will recommend everyone to AVOID Brackett Triple M Auto. Instead of fixing your problem they will just cause you more problems. You have been warned!!!
