I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . These guys assured me that I had to get the front brakes completely changed - rotors, calipers, and brake pads and claimed this was the cause. When I went to pick up the car, it wouldn't even start because they drained my battery and weren't even aware of it! The car had to be jump started before I could leave. When I got home the car still had the smell. These guys didn't even check to see if they fixed the problem!!! $1700 down the drain!!! I took my car to another garage in town, and not only did they actually find the real problem and fix it they also found that the brakes that were changed in the front were not even done correctly. They also didn't even grease up the brakes which they charged me for. I had to get the brakes redone by the other garage. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Get a load of this nightmare I dealt with: **Ignored a destroyed transmission/torque converter and wasted my time: I brought my Chevy Blazer in TWICE due to a terrible clunk when accelerating and downshifting, and a vibration at 55 mph +. I repeatedly told them I suspected a torque converter issue and how the transmission was done. They completely dismissed me, insisted "nothing was wrong", and "I 100% trust our guy, he is a master mechanic'' and just balanced the tires (which did nothing). Years ago, they pulled the exact same "nothing is wrong" routine on my Ford Fusion when it had a textbook delayed engagement transmission issue. **A 3rd-party inspector confirmed what they missed: Knowing they were wrong, I took it straight to a dealership. The dealer immediately found the transmission was completely destroyed and the fluid was packed with metal shavings--which had shredded the torque converter clutch and caused the vibration I warned Accurate Automotive about. An independent 3rd-party inspector came out, easily verified the catastrophic damage, and approved a total transmission replacement. Accurate Automotive completely missed a blown transmission that anybody with any common sense could have figured out by just taking it for a short test drive. **Refused to read the official Service Bulletin: I actually found the correct Technical Service Bulletin that outlined my exact problem and gave it to them. The mechanic was looking at the wrong bulletin and told me mine was incorrect. He literally refused to take ten seconds to read the first paragraph of what I handed him, which clearly proved it was the exact right bulletin. He was too arrogant to even read it. **Missed major oil leaks: They completely overlooked a valve cover gasket that was an absolute leaking mess. Once again, a 3rd-party inspector verified and immediately approved the leaking gasket warranty claim. **Botched a basic alignment: They attempted an alignment but didn't bother to lock the steering wheel. The car drove straight, but the wheel was completely crooked. I had to bring it to another shop to fix their mistake. Sadly they can't even do a basic wheel alignment correctly. **Made the brakes worse: They completed a "brake inspection," and now my brakes squeal every time I stop. Any competent mechanic knows you have to lubricate the slide pins and hardware when reassembling brakes, but they clearly rushed and slapped everything back together completely dry or bent the anti-rattle clips. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If Carvana or SilverRock tries to send you here, demand another shop immediately. Not a single word of this review is an exaggeration, and every failure listed above is fully documented and can be verified by a certified Chevy dealership, an independent local mechanic, and a 3rd-party warranty inspector.
