Here's just a few things relayed to me over the phone: 1) said "...the washer fluid was full of "gunk""- Two nights earlier I put Rain-X washer fluid in the reservoir myself. Probably was not used to see quality stuff before. 2) said "...the fuel system needed to be flushed out". How the heck do they know at a quick-lube place? 3) said "...the rear differential oil smelled "burnt"". Thank you, but I doubt it (see numbers 1 and 2). Simply stated, if you know nothing about cars, stay away from this place. Go to somewhere like Wal Mart where they are not paid on commission...which is where I told my son to go in the first place. I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. I visited Midas first time for an oil change and a tire rotation. I initially made an appointment…read morewith them for some time on tuesday, but had to reschedule for thursday. They were very accomodating with the change. On Thursday I ended up being 20 minutes late for my appointment. Before I left I called ahead and let them know of my reservation time and why I was going to be late. They were totally understanding and said its not a problem. I got there, checked in with them, gave them my information and keys and let em have at it. About 30 minutes later everything was done and I was ready to go. The person who was managing the counter went over what they did to my car. Midas did a full checkup of the car to see if anything was wrong, and everything was great. I signed, paid and left. Overall it was a nice quick and painless and the service was fabulous. I would definitely visit them again for their services and I recommend anyone who needs maintenance done on their car to go see them.

I already had a quote and asked if it could be taken care of on the spot or would there be a wait to order parts. He informed me they could get it done right away. There was a turn because almost 2 hours later I had to go to the register and ask what the problem was. The manager James was just as hospitable as Chris and this put me at ease. I explained my issue and he did everything to remedy the situation. I am HUGE on customer service, so even though I had to wait, I didn't mind because I saw how each of their employees interacted with the customers. I myself interacted with 3 people that day and each of them were respectable. The only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star review is the failure to communicate the issue with finding the correct part, otherwise great job!
