I called them today and got a person who did not announce the name of the business, after asking if this was Grease Monkey the person maybe said yes? I called the number listed here, by tapping it directly so I assume this was the same place. The person who answered was not very clear, I asked how much it was to change the oil in a fiat pop, and was told they don't do fiats, I said "You don't work on fiats?" then I think I was hung up on... I could barely hear the person and I am not sure if they hung up or not. I said "Okay Thanks." just in case they were still there. Very strange interaction. Disaster of a carwash, i went there to get car washed and their cc system stopped working. Guy working there was nice and offered free wash, he called his boss who approved. It was a disaster as it was done within 1-2 min probably he was told by boss to make it superquick. As soon as i got home i saw it was totally wet still and so much soap around. I have to now wash it myself at home and wipe it, if he wasn't ready to give a good wash why even offer free wash? Never going back again read more

horrible place and service. long wait when I was the only one there when I arrived. These guys completely stripped the oil pan bolt and didn't say a word !! let me drive off leaking oil slowly . after noticing multiple large spots and stains in my driveway I was shocked to find out it was coming from the oil pan bolt I've been having this work truck serviced for years ! I've been here three or four times, twice for oil changes, twice for tires. Each time they got everything done really quickly; I think they even bumped me up to the front with the tires because the manager recognized me. Victor and Benny are real pros and don't do a ton of upselling services like most shops do. Got a quote on shocks that was very reasonable but he didn't pressure me to get it done right away. They also have Mobil 1 full synthetic which is really the best out there and it's rather difficult to find shops that use it. read more

If you were thinking about trying the car wash here, don't bother, it's not worth the money AT ALL. First of all, you have to wait until somebody notices you've paid and are waiting "for the arm to raise" so you can pull forward. I waited a good five minutes before I realized it wasn't automatic like most other car washes. I finally had to honk my horn and hope someone would hear it. The guy who came out was nice enough, but the fact that he first hosed my entire car down with a garden hose before raising the arm was my first indicator of the quality of this wash. This is the world's shortest car wash, folks. Very few of the brushes and other things you normally see. Lots of good sudsing and spraying of cleaning liquids, but the "dry" feature is ridiculous. It turned on for less than 30 seconds, and I mean WAY less. My car was still soaking wet when I was spit out the other end and pulled onto Camden Ave. I had to dry the whole thing off myself when I got home. They charge more for the Premier wash than other similar car washes, so I won't be returning here. read more

I believe Jordan was the person helping me in the office as I heard him state his name when he answered the phone. I went here as it states online 15-minute service. He quoted me 10 minutes until they took my car and another 30 for the oil change. It took 10 minutes longer than that. $120.00 for an oil change. It is easier to go to your dealership and more cost-effective ($80.00ish). The website states $40.00 - $50.00 for an oil change. My oil changes are synthetic so more expensive, but I also had a $20.00 coupon and my total was $106.00 after the coupon. I have never paid so much for an oil change. Oh, and Jordan asked me "Have you ever changed your air filter?" It's very dirty. I said; 'I will change it.' He said; "you will do it yourself?" I said; "Yes." He came back and told me he was wrong the air filter was fine. What a miracle my filthy air filter is miraculously clean now that I was going to do it. I will not be returning to pay more than to go to my dealership or to be told things need to be replaced (air filter) when they don't... Another $100.00 unnecessary expense.... read more

Got an oil change service on a BMW the oil changer technician cross straight the drain plug hole on the drain pan. Didn't realize this into. I need to get a next oil change which was 5000 miles later this time I took it to a BMW. Real technicians who repair the drain plugs cost me $400. It's not worth it to take it for any special synthetic oil changes be aware of this unprofessional place. I will not recommend this place at all. I also had my brakes completed front and back which they left out the ant-noise clip on the rear for the brake pad. read more

The vehicle wash prices are $15, $20, and $25. The wash is not brushless. They do have a couple of employees with towels, after the blow dry machine, upon exiting to dry some more of your vehicle. Be careful when done as you exit onto Camden Ave just before the dedicated right hand turn lane to southbound Bascom Ave. I foresee lots of traffic issues during the 4PM-6:30 PM peak commute traffic times. read more

I went to this new location today for an oil change and BOY did they deliver! I used a coupon i saw on FB and got 1/2 off a 90$ oil change AND got a free car wash! All i had to do was drop the car off and then go get dinner. Within 40 mins they called and said it was ready. When i returned and saw my car i noticed that they had already ran it through the wash! The Full Synthetic oil change promotion is a scam. They actually poured into the bucket that has the long funnel a completely different motor oil that's not the "full synthetic" motor oil as advertised (behind the scene where you cannot see). The "fully synthetic" oil bottles and packages were all completely untouched. They tried to trick customers into thinking that you got a great deal but in reality, you're paying more than the actual service you received. The overall service was not professional, the manager is not friendly and not knowledgeable and seemed to be very dishonest and bluffed a lot about the additional services that they tried to sell to us. We would not recommend this place to anyone, and for sure we will not be coming back to Grease Monkey. read more
