PATHETIC staff don't seem to care. Can't trust that my car is not worse off than when I went in. They used my personal information to spam me via txt. Several staff are going inside my car. Not looking up prior service info. Staff notify me only at end of damage to a hose. First thing I noticed, the guy that greeted me when I pulled in was very polite. He asked me a few questions to make sure I got the right oil without confusing me. When I got inside, the lobby was very clean and modern with coffee and water and other refreshments. The turnaround time was fast and they told me my filters were all brand new so all I needed was the oil change...what a change from Jiffy Lube, who on my last visit, tried to sell me two new ones saying mine were dirty...for over $100. It's nice to just get an oil change and not worry that someone is going to try to fool you into spending a bunch of extra money on things like filters. The staff was great, the price is fair, and they throw in some extras like a car wash and a little bag of candy and an air freshener (which was a happy little surprise). I went in today to Grease Monkey in Battle Ground for an oil change and to get my rear windshield washer blade replaced. They soon came back with the entire windshield washer blade in his hand and said it completely broke off and now I would have to buy a whole new windshield washer mechanism from The dealership and it's all my fault saying it must have been broken already even though it has been working just fine all I needed was a new blade.. that's it.. and that I would have to go to the dealership to have it fixed on my dime. Horrible customer service if you ask me. They should have said, I'm so sorry, that's our mistake and we will get a new one and have it fixed for you. Customer should always be treated with respect. I went back to Grease Monkey in Battle Ground (WA, near Fred Meyer) today for an oil change. My car requires a high quality synthetic oil. Grease Monkey has several such oils. The staff was very courteous to me, went over the types of oils available and the cost of each, and serviced the car timely. Of course they vacuumed the car and gave me a free car wash. What I especially like is the electronic monitor showing how long the work would take (around 20 minutes) and the counting-down feature. For each extra minute the work takes, they deduct $5 from the bill. Can't beat that. They did not take any extra minutes on my car. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my car in here yesterday in a bit of a hurry. Usually I change my own oil. They left oily fingerprints/palm prints on my hood. They insisted that I go inside and take a seat instead of watching them. I am a big believer in trust but verify. They said I could not stand in the shop and watch for liability reasons. Which I understand. Everything was done correctly. I verified the filter and drain plug were tight. The individual who left the prints was probably new and in training. These guys are smart as monkeys. Went in to get light replaced while driving by. Ended up getting oil and filter witch they told me to change. Got home noticed light was still not working. They only use a synthetic blend that is twice as expensive as any other oil. Ford does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Kia does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Live and learn. Which I had with the Kia, but then my 17 year old daughter went there with her Ford and they pulled the same game on her. Charged a hard working kid with little money $70 for an oil change! Go anywhere else in Battle Ground and you will pay less than $40 for an oil change that meets the specs of the dealer. read more

This week I went in for a car wash. The blonde guy taking our money, and cleaning by hand about 80% of our exterior did an EXCELLENT job. I watched him clean about six cars before mine and he did everyone the same....great attention to detail, pleasant to deal with. hustling, you could not ask for a better job. read more

This is the second time I've had an issue with my car after using them for an oil change. Bad enough that the oil change costs nearly $100 each time because I use the factory recommended synthetic and filters, but this time, it looks like they caused an A/C drain issue because they didn't put the air cabin filter back properly or bother to reassemble the glove box after they took the cabin air filter out and put it back in upside down. (You have to take apart the glove box to get to the cabin air filter. Now my A/C drain line is leaking inside the cabin because the line is plugged from debris coming from where the cabin filter was put back improperly. Had to happen just after my car warranty expired too. The last time they lost several of the bolts for the oil filter/pan cover and didn't tell me. I only found out later after I heard it dragging on the ground as I was driving on the highway. The owner contacted me after my last review and paid for a replacement so I gave them another shot and then this happens. Never again. read more

Rip off with a smile. I found this location on the web, and decided to take them up on their offer for a free break diagnostic. When I got there I parked and walked into the lobby where I picked up a pamphlet that gives me a rundown of what their free diagnostic covers. Satisfied with what I had seen so far I pulled up to the garage to get started. I was promptly greeted by a smiley gentleman. I told him I was there for the break diagnostic at which point he told me "okay that costs $20" and he immediately started trying to back up and wave me into the garage. I called him back to my window, handed him the pamphlet I had gotten out of the lobby (not a coupon) and asked "if it's 20 bucks why does it say it's free?" He said he'd have to go talk to the manager, took the pamphlet and went inside for 3-4 minutes. When he came back he told me "since you have this (the pamphlet) it'll be free, we just won't rotate your tires." So there it is. Without asking he was going to charge me $20 to rotate my tires, trying to make money doing something I have never asked him to do, it's also worth noting that the pamphlet said nothing about rotating tires. Last but not least, at the time all four tires that were on my car had less than a hundred miles on them so rotating them would have done me no good. I will not be returning. read more

I had an issue with my last oil change, the plug was cross threaded on and I found out 8 weeks after my service when I went to service it myself. I was hesitant to go back and talk with the manager but after writing a previous review about my issue, he took the time to leave me a voicemail and make it right. So instead of just calling him back, I went and spoke to him in person. And I'm glad I did! Turns out the tech who worked on my Cherokee is no longer with the company and was rather disgruntled. The manager, Tom, went ahead and replaced the plug, and used my oil and filter that I had purchased the day prior, all free of charge. He spent time talking to me in the lobby and we got on common career ground, sharing some management humor and got on even more common ground talking about off road adventures and dream builds. All in all, he did the right thing and made a customer very happy. read more

I approached Grease Monkey in Battle ground, Washington December 3, 2017 Sunday at 2:25PM. I had purchased a light for the headlight of my car which was out. There were four service men working and I was the only one there. I asked them if they could put a light in the headlight of my car which was out. Getting car washed by machine and then hand dried. Good deal for $10. Staff is always friendly and service is quick even in the days there are lines to wait for the car wash. Had my oil changed here recently and I must say the service was fantastic. The attendant greeted me right away and he guided me into the first open bay. I explained that I only wanted a basic oil change and he said no problem. They did not try and up sell me which I appreciated. I sat in their nice waiting room where I enjoyed a cool drink. The manager Tom came in and said that my air filter was really dirty and that it should be replaced. I asked him what the benefits were to replacing it and he explained that to me. He was very professional and I could tell he was all about the customer first. I had them replace the filter and he explained the remaining services that they performed in detail. They vacuumed my vehicle and gave me a goody bag and a free wash! My car looked great. This is the best place in the area in my opinion. I will definitely be back. read more

Car wash attendant sold us the VIP which included a hand dry of entire car for $15. When we turned in to get the hand dry of the truck, he made us sit through all of the other car lining up for a car wash and it wasn't till then that he sauntered over to say his towels were wet and need to go in the drier-there would be no hand dry. Also when you go through they don't spend any time cleaning the wheels. read more

Went through your car wash for the first time on Saturday 4/15/17. Drove up to the front where we pull in to get it washed and I rolled down my window to speak with the young gentleman there. He asked me what wash I wanted and I told him the seven dollar one, He then asked if we already pre paid and I said no, as I was unsure we had to do that and that it was my first time there. he got very agitated and I asked if he Had a credit card reader. He then said ( in a very mean tone) You mean do I have a credit card? Yes! But I need you to pay for yours with a credit card or cash! I am not letting you have mine! I said No, that's what I was asking if you had a card reader, then I could pay you with my card. He said Yes of course I have a reader here! and persistently held out his hand for it. He was so rude! So very Rude! My Husband was very upset and I had to tell him to calm down. He yelled out to the guy and said hey buddy! this is our first time here, and I do not appreciate you being so rude to my wife! He just continued to spray down my car. I had just gotten a new car and My husband wanted to get it washed for me. read more
