I would never use this company again. Cecelia and I spoke by phone and confirmed by text that I would have my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. We agreed to a specific amount for these 2 items. Having had them cleaned before, I know that it doesn't take more than an hour for either of them. Cecelia's team took nearly 2 hours on each. When she came to pick them up, she tried to double the amount we agreed to without telling me previously that their slow work would cost me. If you're going to charge someone more than the price you've agreed to in writing, you have to CLEARLY tell them that they will be charged. It's not cool to literally double the cost of service with no prior warning. While I think the women did a good job (with a few exceptions - I caught them using my products and there were some spots missed), I'll move on to a service with more honest pricing and workers who can get these done in a timely manner. read more

Cici and her team do an amazing job. My husband and I have tried multiple home cleaning services over the last 3 years and hers is the ONLY company I have ever referred out to family and friends. They take pride and ownership of their work. I have heard the owner disciplining her employees for not upholding her standards -- then later letting them go because the owner found herself redoing some of their work. Mind you, I never asked or even noticed any work that looked like it needed to be redone. At the time I first used GRB we had a different cleaning service coming twice a month that we had been using for about 8 months. I was unhappy with my current company because it seemed that the longer they worked for me, the less they paid attention to the details. Not Cici and her team. Their attention to detail is astonishing. They get on ladders, cleaning all the dust and grime wherever they see it. They've scrubbed our kitchen ceiling vents, window tracks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, you name it. Every time they leave my house it sparkles and feels bigger. After trying GRB I let the other company go and switched. I even have GRB coming every week instead of twice a month because I really enjoy seeing my house so immaculate. Even the walls and doors are clean, people! If it's your first time using her, expect the initial deep clean to take longer and cost more than their maintenance packages. This is because they pull EVERYTHING away from the walls, clean under every piece of furniture, find dirt and dust you and your previous cleaning company have been missing. The initial deep clean is often charged by the hour, which is fair in my opinion because the more things you have, the longer it will take. My husband and I have been living in our house for a year now, have yet to fill our home with furniture and wall decor, we have had hired regular cleaners, and have had me cleaning regularly; it took a little over 4 hours for GRB's team of 3 to do the initial deep clean of our 1900 sqft house. My parents on the other hand, have been living in their house for 15 years, have had my brother and myself live there on and off, have never had a cleaning service in their house EVER, have accumulated a lot of trinkets and layers of dust over the years; expectedly, it took about 9 hours for the initial deep clean for roughly the same size house. So if you have tons of clutter, areas in your house that have never been cleaned or dusted, expect a thorough job to take more time. Now, my parents and I pay the same for our weekly maintenance packages, which is extremely affordable and a flat rate no matter what needs to be done. As I've said before, this is the only cleaning company we've used that is worthy of a referral. Whether a one time clean or needing an ongoing service, GRB will literally leave your home shinning. read more

Cici and her team are FANTASTIC! I am very picky about my cleaning...they came in and did a great job on our home! We have recently tried a couple of different services and just haven't been totally satisfied at all. The visit was a little more expensive than I paid with my last service however I think it is totally worth it! Three of them showed up and they had our place done in just very slightly over 2 hours...we have a lot of surface and dusting and floors in our home and it can take time. They were polite, friendly, and professional! We will absolutely be calling them back when its time. I highly recommend CiCi and her team... My fiancé and i just moved into our new home so there was a lot of dust and debris left from the construction. We needed a good deep clean. The appointment was at 3pm and she showed up right on time with a big smile. I walked the house with her and she said "don't worry we will take care of everything and you keep doing what you are doing." She and her team wasted no time and went straight to it. CiCi walked my house with her team and pointed out all the areas that needed cleaning... I am very impress with her attention to detail because at the end she spot checked a few areas to ensure my satisfaction. The floor which I had thought was a dark Grey was really light Grey hahaaha. I am sad to write this review because the girls are nice. However, they are a total rip off. We paid $120 to have our house cleaned and literally everything they did was done half ass or not at all. The floors had shoe prints all over them, the dishwasher was loaded incorrectly so there was still food on everything, one of the rooms wasn't even touched at all, there were finger prints all over the dining room table, the coffee table still had dust all over it. To top it off all of our cleaning supplies are "missing" DO NOT hire these people. They don't do a good job and apparently take stuff with them. We were very unsatisfied. I did express this to her with a list of everything they missed and she didn't even offer to come fix it. Bad business :/ read more

I called Cici for an estimate and she told me it was by the hour which turned me off to start with. So I told her I did not want more than two hours with two people. They came and the ladies were nice, but they obviously did not speak clear English as I was very specfic on what I wanted and it was my kitchen, bathroom and the back bathroom. I told them I did not want the bedrooms cleaned and especially my roommates. I was busy and had much to do, so I left for an hour and half figuring they would be wrapping up the cleaning when I got back. They had barely did anything and the one lady who spoke no English was doing a deep cleaning in the room I asked her not to do. They had barely started on the kitchen or the floors that were not done. I had to rush them from there. Then I did notice after they left the paint on my cabinet was pealing and also with my stove. They were here way longer than I wanted and I made that clear from the get go. I basically had to stop them as I was not willing to pay a lot of money due to I was not even working. Then they told me it was $200.00. I refused to pay that much especially since I never really got what I asked for as far as cleaning. I have had some wonderful cleaning ladies that did an excellent job and charged me much less. She said she would do it for $180 when I called Cecilia. I wrote a check even though I thought that was way too much for the job done as I was limited on time to argue with them. I then was upset for the overcharing and then discovered the damage. I took pictures of it and can post it for all to see. So, I called back and CiCi promised to send me $20.00 back. I was going to stop payment and write her a new check but she promised I would get it and I trusted she would keep her word. She did complain that I was taking advantage of her and the girls and acted like I was being racist which is so far from what I ever do and it was insulting. She was very unprofessional and then she said my house was very very dirty. She had said that about another client of hers. I have left her countless messages and she refuses to return them. I have been very fair and very patient since it has been 3 months since they came to clean my house. I would never refer this company. She did not keep her word, so that is dishonest, stripped paint off my stove an cabinet, would not return my call, did not do what I needed and wanted, was super unprofessional and rude and tried to make me look the bad guy when all I asked was to be charged fairly. Her attitude was shocking if she is the owner. I have owned businesses and am customer service for 38 plus years and would never treat a customer like that no matter what they said and I was polite. Please never do business with this company. I am now retaining an attorney as not only did she not keep her work, she damaged my property and overcharged me for a unsatisfactory job. read more

I called them at 1pm,and they were at my mom's place by 3:30 same day. They cleaned top to bottom for 5 hours, and everything was sparkling. And, they use green cleaning products, which I love. It was such an easy process to work with this company. I called Cecelia the day before because I found out that I'm due any minute. After speaking with her she assured me that she would be there with her team the next day at 8 AM. I was relieved. They showed up the next morning at 8 AM ready to go. I explained to them that I was having a baby and I needed everything thoroughly cleaned. I guess you call this DEEP cleaning. They definitely did an amazing job, I am very very picky and after finishing each section they would call me to ask if It was ok, which I appreciate. I have had lots of cleaning companies give me an attitude in the past and refused to do things the way I want them to be done, obviously never called them back. These girls are great I highly would recommend them to anybody. I understand that deep cleaning is an hourly charge and in four hours they were outstanding, One girl even took a Q-tip and got all the cracks of the windows that had dust buildup in it, wow. I cannot express what a wonderful company this is. We just had our first cleaning. When I called, the appointment was easily booked and honored and three lovely ladies came with all of their own equipment and supplies. They worked so hard for several hours without stopping - and we were the 2nd of 3 appointments that day for them. When they were finished, our apartment - without exaggeration - looked better than when it was newly built likely in the early 70's! These ladies cleaned everything ... dusting, scrubbing, windows, fireplace, bathroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, cupboards ... I could go on. Before starting the job, Cici toured the house with us and made sure to learn exactly what we wanted done. Cici and her team cleaned our house better than it has ever been cleaned before. They moved furniture to clean the floor beneath, unscrewed the globes, etc., in our chandeliers to clean them, mopped the kitchen floor thoroughly, and cleaned baseboards. Cecilia is the best! She and her crew have been cleaning my house for over a year. They come every two weeks, and when they leave, I sit down and just enjoy my sparkling clean house. We have a 140 lb german shepherd/newfoundland mix, who sheds a lot. When Cici comes, they do a thorough deep cleaning. They move the furniture, they vacuum every corner, they mop my hardwood floors and make them sparkle. Bathrooms look beautiful, kitchen, everything! I have two young boys who at times leave their toys lying around or beds unmade, and whenever Cecilia comes, she will put things away nicely and organize things without my even asking. If I could afford, I would want Cecilia to come twice a week :), but for now her coming every once in two weeks is best investment I can make; it is money well spent. My family's ability to enjoy our house without me having to clean it day and night is worth every penny. I've been using Cecelia and her girls for the last few months now, and they do a great job! They deep clean everything including the fridge, washing the windows, the baseboards, changing the sheets, etc. If there's something specific that you'd like done that day, just be sure you let them know. The perks are that they bring their own equipment, so I never have to worry about supplying anything. Also, it's a team of three, so they are usually done in around 3 hours, instead of taking up the whole day. They are also extremely nice and pleasant, an added bonus.
