Wow. Incredibly thorough, they left everything gleaming, and their price is very reasonable. Inside cupboards, cabinets, windows and sills, baseboards, doors, door frames, picture frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, walls, the works. We have a large dog that sheds, and while I vacuum and mop a few days a week, and swiffer dust, etc. . . with our work schedules it just gets away from us. They got under and over everything - no dog hair. We had another monthly cleaning service who cancelled a couple times, so we tried GRB instead -- we had no idea how much was getting overlooked, and CiCi walked us through to show areas of neglect. The first deep clean took about 5 hours, but the results. Wow, again. On top of that, they are incredibly friendly. Definitely recommended, and will be hiring them regularly from now on. read more

My tenants left my home a complete disaster. Cobwebs in every corner. Windows so dirty you couldn't even open them. Siding doors so filthy they couldn't be opened. Grease stains on the floor that had to be scrapped off. These people were disgusting. When I walked in after they moved out I couldn't believe it. Dust on top on dust dust bunny hell. A nightmare esp for someone like me who is OCD. After describing what condition my house was in, Edisson assured me they'd seen worse and can handle it. 2 days later, 3 incredible woman showed up. Someone moved out of our studio/garage and left such a big lingering mess, especially in the bathroom. GRB Cleaning Services came right away, the very next day, and did a deep cleaning. When I say "deep", I mean deep cleaning in our old Burbank house. It's the kind where you pick up heavy furniture and objects and get underneath couches, rugs, and knick-knacks just to get every square inch of space cleaned. You name it-refrigerators, blinds, couches, ceiling fans, kitchen cupboards, underneath toys...they did it all. I really hate writing bad reviews, but this one was EXTREMELY WARRANTED! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company.  I hired them because they had 5 star reviews, and I am honestly STUNNED how that could be! The owner was difficult to work with over chat on yelp and we went back and forth for days just to get a quote for the work.  I told her how many beds and baths we had, the square footage, and that the home was empty.  We had just redone the floors on the 1st floor and painted the walls and  the workers had swept and cleaned, but we wanted a thorough cleaning before moving our two little kids into our first home.  The cleaners rescheduled the day before (ok, fine, we weren't moved in yet), and when they arrived I was BERATED for how dirty my home was.  THERE WAS NOTHING IN IT! She then started texting me pictures of dust on rags and even a picture of the top of the cabinets (most likely the dirtiest place in our new home, who cleans those on the regular).  I responded, yes, that's why we wanted to get it cleaned, thank you.  THEN, she said she was going to need to work TWICE as long as what we had previously agreed on and, IT WOULD COST TWICE AS MUCH!!! I negotiated to have them only clean the kitchen and bathrooms with the time we had previously discussed.  So we didn't even get our entire home cleaned, AND SHE DAMAGED OUR NEWLY PAINTED KITCHEN ISLAND AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME A PICTURE OF IT AND SAY IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT!?!?!?!?!? Thankfully I have pictures taken DAYS before the cleaning of the finished island to refute that claim.  We have to have the painters come back and completely redo the cabinet door!!! They were only 2 days old!  In terms of the actual cleaning, she did an ok job, still smears on the front of the oven, the stainless steel hood had streaks on it, and you can see where she had stopped cleaning.  AND, remember how she made a big deal about cleaning the very top of the kitchen cabinets? Okay, I had my doubts. We just moved into a small house in Van Nuys and the owner just didn't leave it that clean. I looked around online for cleaners in the area and came across GRB. I did the chat function on their website, and it told me to call. I called, and the lady on the other end seemed pretty confused. She also told me this was her cell phone so just text her - the whole scheduling/communication of it all was kind of messy, BUT... To say our new house was CLEAN was an understatement. I am more than happy with the service I received from Cici and Carolina. Not only did they fit me into there schedule last minute/same day service but the cleaning was beyond my expectations. I have an empty two bedroom / two bath condo that I hired this company to clean before having a new family move in. It was cleaned three months ago but sat empty on market during pandemic so collected dust and foot traffic. They said they'd bring their own supplies (perfect) at $90 an hour for two hour minimum. After two hours of their service with three workers, I was told the place was very dirty and they needed hour and half more time. I thought two hours was plenty for three workers in an empty space that was clean enough to showcase potential buyers. For paying $315 in total, I would expect the place to be professionally deep cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, the new tenants needed to do additional cleaning when they arrived right after the cleaners left. The laundry room floor was not touched at all (swept / mopped). The master bath toilet seat was not cleaned and carpeted stairs not vacuumed / swept. Inside of cabinets were not wiped down. It smelled clean, windows were cleaned, sliding door rails cleaned, and appliances but work was not complete and I feel the value was not there. read more

I have been looking for a cleaning person to help with my home since my last trusted cleaner moved to Reno. I was a little desperate because it had been a month and we had been entertaining and step parenting to three teenagers. I called and received the quote and was given the options of how many people,etc. I booked with them and on the day of, called to confirm. The only downside or negative I guess was that they were two hours late because somehow the address didn't make it to the correct person. I didn't mind that they were late per se because it was the first visit, I was just worried of getting stood up after reading some of these horror reviews. Three cleaners showed up and we added on a fourth and I have to tell you, these ladies cleaned my house like I wish I had the time to do. I used to always say that no one takes care of your home like the people who live in it (minus some teenagers lol) but this might be the exception. Every nook and cranny was dusted, literally EVERYTHING, so much so that they unearthed a tarantula that had been hiding in my cleaning closet lol. Did I mention I live in topanga? I screamed like a fool and the professionals just took it outside abs threw it away. Thanks god for that as well. I'm definitely going to book them again and see if the second cleaning holds up in consistency bc there's nothing worse than a great first impression and then pestering off or a decline in quality. If they show up and show out again however, I will have ended my search for cleaners. Oh and! I scheduled a deep cleaning which cost more and was more time intensive. Even with being two hours late everyone stayed until it was done and we gave it the once over. There was no rushing to finish or at least I didn't notice that. This is a once a month service for me and not the weekly wash the sheets and vacuum type thing. It's a real shaking up of the house lol. Because I'm a little, how do you say, myopic in my view of cleaning, my only complaint would be the upstairs bathroom could have been mopped more thoroughly but the great thing ab this crew is I feel like you can tell them these things and they will go above and beyond next time to pay extra attention. Called GRB and described my 2600 square foot house to be cleaned. 2 Full bull bathrooms but small. And a Powder Room. The house was definitely dirty from tenants that did not do routine cleaning. House was completely empty with no furniture and no trash. Was quoted 4-5 hours at $90/hr. for 3 workers.($30/hr per worker) Checked in on work at 4 hours. Crew was still working on the second floor. 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. Checked in again at 4:30. Crew downstairs but not done. Received call from CiCi at 7:30 pm stating the crew was done. I questioned the 34.5 hours she said it took to clean the house. When I expressed that I thought the time it took was unreasonable, she simply said she couldn't leave my house until she got paid. I drove back to house, my 3rd 30 minute trip there that day. I inspected the house and paid the ridiculous bill. I tipped the crew $120 earlier in the day in the event I didn't get back before they finished. I also stocked the fridge with drinks for the crew. Here's my point. Get a quote in writing, if you use this company. If you do not, be prepared,they will gouge you if given the opportunity. That job should have taken half of the time billed, and that is generous. Cecilia and her team did an amazing job! I have a 2 month old baby and in caring for him and being pregnant my house had gotten out of control! They were amazing! My house is sooo clean! We have 3 dogs and I swear they got 100% of the dog hair which is really something. They did such a thorough job, really cleaned high low and behind everything, places I never think to get but it really makes a difference. They worked super hard and it was a big job, and we're right on time. Brought untrustworthy person into my home , and broke my heart, My father's wedding ring came up missing while they were still there . I was in tears telling them it is 100 yrs old , and I've had it for 30 yrs. Never wd I have dreamed this wd happen. I did not accuse them . I said it must have gotten misplaced and begged to have them help me find it. They just wanted to get out. It was the only real jewelry I had. There could never be a price on it. Our family treasure. Gone, the day they came. Elder abuse. I am a retired teacher. 70 yrs old, with severe asthma . They prob thought that since I had stuff everywhere I wldnt even realize it. but I know where every single thing I have is. I put the ring in a pink bin, with other stuff.Always conscious of where it was !They were adding things to the bin .I usually don't keep it there, but I put it in there. I saw the person putting things in the bin. I stupidly trusted them.I had used Cecelia Co. at least 5 or 6 times before, never a problem. They got some sticky stuff in my laptop, and it was destroyed. Working perfectly earlier before they came . I had to buy new one. Everyday I text her and begged to send them back to help me look. Day after day I called, to no avail. I stayed home all day hoping they wd come. One day I called to see if they were coming bc I wanted to visit a friends mom in hospital. I wd work my visit around them. She told me to just go, she would come tomorrow. Of course never happened. I trxt everyday begging for then to come help me. The only other time I was going to be gone for 3 hrs I called her, to tell her I took a half day substitute job from 11:30 am till 2 :30 pm . Not that I even expected her to come help me find the ring. I hadn't heard a word from her, and she conveniently said " Oh, we were going to come at 1pm. Wasn't even thinking about coming! Made up something absurd because I told her I wd be gone for 3 hrs. I also told her, if I knew for sure they were coming , I won't even take the 3 hr teaching job. Then she said the girl that was at my house wasnt able to come. Everyday I called for almost two weeks. She said the girl had a dental problem the first week. I asked if she was going back to work for her. She said "Of course" . Completely backed this girl ! No value of her customer, or what occurred in my home. Completely conveniently discarded what was done . No morality ! I will forever be devastated over this. What was done to me was horrific! Few other things missing. My father wedding ring was only real thing I had. Our family heirloom to pass down in his memory. I begged her to have them come back and help me find, since they moved everything around, But they didn't. I could say alot more, I told them the ring only valued ar $350. I told them I wd pay $1,000. if they could find the ring. Nothing mattered. 30 yrs keeping our family heirloom, gone in 1 day . This is something you never get over. I called at 9pm in a frenzy because my house was such a freaking mess.... kids are home from school and the clutter and disorganization was terrible. The guy was so nice on the phone he had CC come out the next morning for consultation. She quotes me and came back the next day with 3 people for 3 hours. My entire house is pretty dang clean. I wish I could have afforded more hours because I have months of clutter but for those three hours they deep cleaned organized my kitchen and bedroom and kids room. For the living room kitchen two bathrooms and two bedrooms and three of them for three hours it was only 260. Very reasonable price and they use great products they got all the nasty build up off my floors. Very impressed will be using them as a weekly upkeep. Let me introduce you to my 3 new favorite people in the Van Nuys area. CiCi and her team are my lifesavers! My husband and I recently bought a house and had the hardwood floors sanded and stained. The floors look fantastic; the residual dust, not so much. Every nook and cranny from ceiling to floor was coated in dust. We couldn't breathe. These three wonderful women worked relentlessly for 7 hours, scrubbing and vacuuming every square inch of my house. Their attention to detail is remarkable, so much so that CiCi joked that I too am detailed but too slow to be on her cleaning crew! I would never use this company again. Cecelia and I spoke by phone and confirmed by text that I would have my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. We agreed to a specific amount for these 2 items. Having had them cleaned before, I know that it doesn't take more than an hour for either of them. Cecelia's team took nearly 2 hours on each. When she came to pick them up, she tried to double the amount we agreed to without telling me previously that their slow work would cost me. If you're going to charge someone more than the price you've agreed to in writing, you have to CLEARLY tell them that they will be charged. It's not cool to literally double the cost of service with no prior warning. While I think the women did a good job (with a few exceptions - I caught them using my products and there were some spots missed), I'll move on to a service with more honest pricing and workers who can get these done in a timely manner. read more
