History
Established in 2024.
Graze Craze of Odenton was founded in 2024 by Sarah Peck, a service-disabled veteran and former U.S. Air Force linguist, and her partner Kareem Riviears, after years of living and working in the Fort Meade community. With backgrounds spanning business, law, and culinary leadership, they set out to build something joyful, inclusive, and deeply rooted in the local community.
After discovering Graze Craze, they knew it was more than charcuterie catering—it was a way to help people connect and celebrate through beautifully curated food experiences. Since opening, Graze Craze of Odenton has become a trusted provider of charcuterie boards, grazing tables, catering trays, and boxed lunches for weddings, corporate events, office catering, funeral receptions, client gifting, and special celebrations throughout Central Maryland.

I believe life’s moments deserve to be remembered, honored, and celebrated with beauty, care, and intention. As a woman, LGBTQ+, and service-disabled veteran business owner, I’ve spent much of my career in spaces where connection and authenticity weren’t always easy to find. Graze Craze is my way of creating something joyful, inclusive, and community-centered—whether you’re planning a wedding, honoring a loved one, hosting a corporate event, or enjoying a day on the water with friends.
After serving in the U.S. Air Force and spending more than a decade stationed at Fort Meade, I’m proud to continue serving our community in a new way—by elevating both everyday moments and once-in-a-lifetime occasions into something truly memorable.
