    Eagle Ridge near Gilroy Gardens

    3 months into agreement with Eagle Ridge HOA - Gilroy CA (5 star community, 940 homes) - I will update review after 6 months. Grayson was recently selected by our Home Owners Association in Eagle Ridge located in Gilroy CA because the CEO, Allan Melkesian and his staff proactively promoted their organization with top customer service. The organization was interviewed by our board of directors and we compared their services to other Management Companies who have more staff and resources. We residents listened to the interviews via Zoom. There were more qualified companies based on resources and size of staff. Grayon CEO confirmed that his organization would work extra hard to earn a feather in the hat. We chose Grayson based on their words and presentation commitment to work hard, respond, and offer the best customer service to a 5 star community of approximately 940 homes. So far the organization is falling short and their words have no meaning. However, we are in the 90 days transition . Here are the results so far: Grayson managers - do not respond to our inquiries and drag their feet to address issues. Accounting department takes 3 weeks to respond to any email or related accounting issues. Next accounting department is still not responding timely, eventhough we have brought these issues up to management and to our on site manager. On site managers - Grayson is suppose to have an on-site manager and they are falling short on this front as well. Phone message service - if Grayon staff answer their phones, this is good. When phone calls go to voicemail, Grayson staff takes weeks to respond or do not respond at all. Grayson managers do not share their mobile numbers - they expect residents to call their help line. We call the help line or send email and they do not respond in the timely 24-48 hours. The staff takes weeks to respond. Many of us in the community have similar experiences and Grayson so far has offered mediocre customer care. There is NO community care or solid customer service to date. They have a supposed 90 day transition plan. We are at 90 days and Grayson continues to fall short. On Yelp, the owners family or friends gives Grayon excellent reviews. Several of the good reviews are not from real home owners in associations they manage, but from friends or family. So far the rating is less than average. I will update my review January/February 2021 to allow Grayson a reasonable timeframe to improve their lagging or lack of customer service.. If the level of 2 star service continues, we will have to get rid of Grayson. .....more to follow soon.
