When I decided to buy my first home in the spring of 2008 I felt a little apprehensive since I had very little knowledge of the home buying process. A friend of mine recommended Elite to me. The best out there, Bar None! I purchased my home through ELITE Realty Services back in May of 2009. I actually began my search in October of 2008, and visited several houses and put in numerous offers. This was at the height of the foreclosures so bidding on properties was through the roof. I was looking in the general Fullerton area, and probably put in OVER 20 offers throughout the north Orange County area. Throughout it all ELITE Realty Services was suburb! The experience was difficult, but ELITE Realty Services took care of everything and made the process seamless. Before going to ELITE Realty Services, I had my doubts about real estate agents and brokers, but ELITE Realty Services definitely set me straight. The staff at Elite is top notch; they are the most trustworthily, honest and friendliest people you will ever meet. They will work for you, and be happy to do it. I know some other agencies may try and take advantage of a first time home buyer like me, but ELITE Realty Services was nothing like that.
