If ever something breaks, their is a house maintenance item, or you go to move out, this man is mostly fair. However, his wife likes to get involved. She stirs the pot so much that Steve will yell and scream to get his way, hang up on you, and threaten lawsuits until he gets his (her) way. To summarize, if you are dealing with Steve, great.
