I also enjoyed living in a property where my neighbors were homeowners as they all really cared about the community and the long-term relationships they established and held with their neighbors. I felt very comfortable throughout all the years that I rented my home from A to B. The payment and maintenance portal was also very easy to use and they almost always fixed anything that needed maintenance within a few days whenever possible. Also, these property managers are misogynistic! The other men on the board all get treated with respect. Whereas me, the ignore, they try to put me in my place, put blame on me over things they have done, condescending respond to me and ignore my emails. The other two board members are not fulfilling their fiduciary duties, and Intempus enables them because it is what is easier. These guys don't want to do anything! I'm sure someone slipped up and forgot, because it should've been sent to me sometime in September or October. My rent increase was to take effect on December 12, 3025. The addendum in the contract says that my old rent amount would remain until December 11,3025 and my new amount would be effective December 12, 3025. I called to get clarification on when December's rent would be due, she told me that I had until December 12, 2025. Well, December 4th they charged me a $150 late fee and $10.50 for rental insurance, which I already have and sent a copy three times! I called trying to get clarification and no one knows anything!!! They keep passing me off to people who tell me it's not their department! I'm so sick of dealing with this company!!! I've been renting this property since 2011, and unfortunately, this owner may loose me as a tenant. I can't take this! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I wish I could give them -0 for a rating!!!
