Fast service, and they don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. I came in for a standard…read moreinspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and reported that I had a noise in one wheel, and that my brake pedal would shake a little bit when they got hot. They checked everything, nothing was wrong with the wheel, rotors, brakes, nothing. I thought there was an issue so they could have easily charged me to have my rotors and brake pads replaced and I wouldn't have questioned it, but they didn't. The service was quick, as soon as your in for your appointment they almost immediately pull your car back. The wait was not too long and they have a great waiting area with a self checkout snack counter! My only issue was that when they had addressed that issue of the noise I heard (choppy tires) they had moved the tire that did that to a wheel they thought would be less bothersome but it had made it significantly worse. It's no longer a big deal as they have worn down further to a more uniformed surface, but for the month or so it was louder than ever was quite annoying. Nothing that hindered my ability to drive it safely and it wasn't worth my time to get it checked out again, but regardless could have been better. (I wouldn't blame it on them as the solution of moving the tire was of standard procedure of tire rotations, and they would have no way of knowing that it'd end up being louder. Absolutely no negligence involved with that it was simply an inconvenience.

I sat and waited for my car and listened to them try and scam other people! I had my oil changed and went on vacation and came back and it was leaking everywhere. According to them, the tech said there was no gasket on the drain plug when they changed it; yet, it never leaked before I took it there. Why wouldn't they have said something at the time instead of allowing oil to leak everywhere? They fixed it without charge BUT now tried to tell me that my battery was dead after they just checked it a week ago and it was fine. They also said my check engine light was on and when I drove it after refusing to have them replace my battery there was no light and nothing else was wrong with my car. I never had an issue with my battery and have yet to still have an issue with my battery since.

My rating is only based on the sexist policies at this business. If you are female and want to test…read moredrive a car, they insist that TWO salesmen go with you. I stress salesmen, because this location does not employee female sales staff. When they did, the female employee could go alone with male or female customers. I asked to just go myself at that point and was refused. I have been getting my car serviced at this place for 18 years and I showed up in a 75k luxury car. I can pay cash for anything on the lot and I'm not a tire kicker. This was disappointing. It is illegal for car dealerships to discriminate against customers based on their gender. Denying or altering service for a test drive, or any other part of the sales process, because a customer is a woman is a violation of federal and state law. Edit- in response, I was told by the salesman that this policy was exclusively for females, not for everyone. Men can go with one person. Only women need to be accompanied by two members of their staff.

From the initial phone call until the time I drove out the door, he was there every step of the way. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with him, that we decided to buy another vehicle there. Their showroom and outdoor lot has an amazing selection of new and pre-owned vehicles that have been through a strict inspection process. The finance department works closely with various financial institutions to provide the best possible service available. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this dealership and especially the sales associate, Scott Douglas.

Went to raber tires in ephrata, they wanted way to much for it and they wouldn't align my car because I bought the tires myself. Went to mr tire in ephrata, they wanted 39.99 a tire for mount and balance, then ontop of that 199 for the alignment. Went through hurst, got me in next day, got me all set up with my alignment, got my tires on, got rid of my old tires and it only ran me 158 dollars. I'm not gonna complain. My car feels so much better while driving and I don't sound like a tractor trailer going down the road ! I appreciate y'all! Thank you so much!! I'll be back with more services!

Free Rotations, but you are paying dearly for it! I have…read morebeen a repeat customer for quite some time now because this location is convenient for me, given my medical limitations. I have been purchasing tires there for my vehicles because the pricing is competitive, and they offer free rotations. I recently went for my free rotation in mid-April. They checked me in about 3:00 and mentioned they had an apprentice in the shop. About 15 minutes later, the advisor came out to tell me they could not work on the vehicle because several lug nuts on the studs of 4 of the wheels were stripped and loose. They said I could take it somewhere else; they could not get me in until sometime the following week because the regular technician was out and would not be back until then. They never claimed responsibility for the damage to the studs or advised me that it was unsafe to take it out of the shop. They never offered to schedule the repair; they just wanted this to go away. I immediately took this to another service center, and even they had never seen damage like this, with so many nuts and studs on all the wheels, and I managed to return to the shop the following week to address this with the owner. They had my paperwork set aside but did not reach out to me, probably hoping I would not address the situation. The owner said he needed a couple of days to make some calls and would get back to me with a resolution regarding the repairs and the expense the other shop incurred to correct the apprentice's damage. Here we are, weeks later, with no follow-up and no callbacks. I will also make the community aware through The Epharta Review and Lancaster Online. You should note that other customers have made reviews stating that their lug nuts were too tight. If you read Hurst's mission statement, it mentions they support local small businesses, but what about taking care of our community and keeping us safe with responsible and honest repairs?
