When we stop it's usually around 8pm when we are traveling through the area. It's never crowded at the time and no lines at self checkout which is great. Plenty of parking, even when they have giant snowbanks. I don't mind stopping here when we are in the need and in the area.

And let me just say this about the choices, seems like whoever is ordering is only getting a brand they like and then only what they would choose. For instance they carry Brigham's ice cream, the only flavor, peppermint stick. I happen to like that type but why buy only one flavor. I've tried finding large cans on albacore solid white tuna and so many other things, that were always there before this group bought the store and can never find them. They really need to take into consideration the people who live here and maybe cater to the people who keep them in business year round!

I can fill a cart for around $150.00 with everything from breads, cereals, frozen foods, snacks, canned vegetables, coffees, baking goods and more. I went to my local grocery store the other day and 2 bags cost me over $70.00. Now I'm not saying anything bad about other stores, but just want to express the difference in the savings by shopping here. The store is clean, bathroom facilities are clean which is nice as I have a 40 minute drive to get there from home but it is worth it. I actually get excited every week to go because i know I'm saving a ton of money but it's also exciting because every week I go they will always have different items they didn't have the week before. Like this past week they had the cranberry juice and my cinnamon Cheerios with the granola. They had my husband's favorite granola bars with yogurt and they even have his protein and cliff bars most weeks. They also have toilet paper, laundry detergent, health and beauty items and trash bags, paper plates, diapers, dog food, cat food, dog treats and more. You can get about anything you need here. Their selection of vitamins, cleaning products, skincare, herbs, and teas is one of the best in the state for a small, local health store. In the Summer and Autumn, their selection of local produce increases. This year they have done a great job with local organic seedless watermelon and a nice variety of local organic vegetables. The dry goods section is not as expansive as one might find at a big box grocery store, which feels pretty reasonable and is even one of the reasons the store is nice.. it is a genuine, locally-opened small business.. not powering a huge space or warehouse to hold 12 varieties of one packaged item where 1 or 2 types are great. There are still many staple items to choose from. The costs I have compared are not more than the costs of items if they were ordered directly from the producers, they seem fair with prices. They are such a great addition to the area I try to think more of how I can support them instead of focusing on and criticizing minor shortcomings that most small local business face.
