    Repair ticket.

If I could give no stars, I would. Gray Daniels has the worse customer service. I have taken my Explorer in twice before to have the power steering fault fixed. When driving, the power steering will quit working and you will not be able to steer it. Both times they claimed to have reprogrammed it and said it was repaired. It was not. I brought it back up there for the 3rd time, after having my car for almost a week, I am told it is going to cost me $2100.00 to have repaired because it is no longer under their customer satisfaction warranty program of 150,000 miles. I have bought several vehicles from them in the past and have used them on my diesel trucks for work as well. It only takes one bad experience to lose all trust. I guess Watson Quality Ford has more work coming their way.

I've put up with it, I'm not usually in a hurry but today was the end. There was one guy working the counter. I was second in line, waiting patiently. There was one person behind me. Another employee came out and went to the cash register. He said to the guy behind me he would check him out. The guy said he needed brake pads, which is what I was going to get. Then the guy at the cash register nodded in his direction to let the guy know if he would come over there he would help him. He nodded because he didn't want me to know. I had been there at least five minutes and I was there to get brake pads. I left and went a mile down the road to O'Rileys where an employee greeted me and asked what I needed before the door shut. I've spent my last dollar at AutoZone. I've never had trouble at any other AutoZone but management has let this store operate this way for too many years.

Her whole vibe or energy was off and she directed it my way like im not an important customer. All I wanted was a newer version of my item because I could tell that the only one left was a returned item. The box was very beat up and the items in the box were very unorganized. Shouldn't have gotten the energy i received just because I didn't want any items that someone else had. I didn't want my grandfather being around contaminated items, especially during a pandemic.

I needed the item rather quickly and opted for the 2 day priority express shipping option at checkout. A tracking number was provided and showed a specific timeframe for when the order would arrive. The item did not arrive when promised so I called the company to see about getting the shipping fees refunded since it was guaranteed by the USPS. When I contacted Iamgmparts, a representative by the name of Sam answered the phone. When I asked about getting refunded for shipping I was told "I actually did you a favor by shipping the item to you 2 day priority express. Our company doesn't offer that shipping option." She even went on to explain that the USPS did not get the part to me in time but there was nothing she could do about it. I explained to her that she could get refunded the shipping costs from the USPS (since it was guaranteed and in turn she could refund me my money back, but she refused. I have tried to contact her supervision but they have not returned my call. A few days after this incident I received another package from this company, of which I had not ordered. It had a 2 day express label on it which was the same label used to ship my original package only this company goofed up and sent it to me instead of their intended customer. I notified Sam at IAMGMPARTS but she never responded. I have since reported this company to the USPS for mail fraud. Also this company tries to make themselves appear as if their business practices are outstanding by deleting undesirable seller feedback on Amazon and Facebook. Unbeknownst to IAMGMPARTS I was able to screenshot my feedback before they deleted it.

After that they are impossible to get a hold of to get an exchange. They say they have a 30 day return policy. Good luck you can make that happen. Sam ( multiple reviews mention her) pretends like she has no idea who you are even if you just talk to her the day before. They say they are a certified GM distributer so I will be reporting them. I wish I had spent the extra money just going with the actual dealership getting it sent to them. Please never use IAMGMPARTS! You WILL regret it.

I was interested in a vehicle on their lot, spent an entire week communicating with several salespeople, decided I wanted it, even offered to put down a deposit to ensure there would be no issues. I was told no, that everything had to be done in person. After I was notified that all plans are in motion, I drove 2 hours to their dealership for Chloe (salesperson) to say "Oops, it's been sold". This was after ensuring me by text 12 hours prior that she was filling it up with gas and having it detailed for me. She was my primary salesperson and she 100% dropped the ball. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did everything right and had made the decision to buy this vehicle, only to be completely let down after driving 2 hours make the transaction. Not only has this been a huge inconvenience and let down for me, I have no trust in car dealerships now as a result of this. The salesperson, Chloe, should be held responsible for this situation. She had one job to do, did it with dishonesty and carelessness and caused what should have been a great situation become a terrible experience.

I asked if they were sure, because a valve in front of the muffler and a belt and pulley are two very different things. The mechanic said that he could clamp the valve open and that should eliminate the noise if that was the problem. He did, we drove it, and the noise was still there. That was Friday, left the truck over the weekend, they called me today and said that the noise was due to "loose exhaust manifold bolts," but it was "on the other side of the engine from the side than the side that was worked on when the lifters that were replaced." The salesmen then said that they "tightened the bolts for free" and that there was "no charge." I agreed that there was no charge and that there should be a refund of $250 of the original $400 I paid, since they did work that was not needed. I agree that I signed an agreement to pay the $150 diagnostic fee, but the other $250 needs to be refunded. I was told "That can't be refunded because we put a stethoscope on it and there was a noise coming from the belt and pulley." Which is interesting since the mechanic, when I met and rode with him to show him the sound I was talking about, told me he just automatically pulled the belt and pulley because "we have been having problems with those". It is important to note that the sound I heard, which I sent them videos of, could only be heard when driving, not while idling. When I returned it after I picked it up after it was "fixed" the first time, they said they didn't drive it, and you could only hear the noise when it was being driven and accelerating, not in park and accelerating. So we went from a belt and pulley to loose bolts on the manifold, charged me for parts I did not need, and did me a favor by not charging me to tighten bolts. Oh, you charged me $400 to tighten two bolts. You are better off going to a shade tree mechanic. Don't let these people work on your vehicle.
