I bought tires from Car Care Clinic (CCC) last year for my 2006 Tundra. The low pressure indicator…read morehad been on for about two years. The Toyota dealer told me it was a bad sensor and it would be over $100 to replace it. I said no thanks. Yesterday, I had to add air to one tire and had to add air again today. I called CCC and they said bring it in (on a Friday afternoon). I waited about an hour and they said they fixed the tire (removed a screw). They charged me nothing! They told me they checked the pressure on all tires and only the SPARE needed air. As I drove off today, I saw the air pressure indicator was off! I called them (Frank Ashley) back to tell them they also fixed my "bad sensor." Frank said that the technician inflating that spare caused the indicator to go off. That was the problem. They saved me over $100 and since the tires came from them, at no charge. Excellent service. Only they will service my old Tundra from now on. I highly recommend them.

This is the worst auto shop I've ever brought my car to. I have a Honda civic so I know it's not…read morethat hard to work on. The owner seems really nice but the work they do there is sketchy and shoddy. I used them exclusively for the first two years that I lived here (they were cheaper compared to other shops and like I said, the owner was nice), but I'd say about 80% of the time that I brought my car in to get fixed, I'd leave with another problem. There was one time that I brought my car in for a part to get fixed and they replaced it with another broken part (thus making me go through the ordeal of dropping my car off for a second day in a row). On one of the last occasions that I brought my car in, my AC stopped working soon after. The cost was too high for me to replace it at the time and I was over giving them any more business. A year later, I finally get my AC fixed at Auto Lux (for MUCH cheaper than I was quoted at Greene's) and it appears pieces of the AC belt had been removed. These aren't things that could just fall off, they have to be manually removed, so my guess is that Greene's had a hand in that. That is just me speculating but judging from my history as a customer with them, it wouldn't surprise me to find that they sabotaged my car, whether on purpose or by accident. Either way is unacceptable.

Phil, Bri, and Drew went the extra mile to get me back on the road. My 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid…read morebroke down halfway between Jackson and Mound Bayou, and when no one else was able to offer to take a look at my car that same day, the staff at this Car Care Clinic offered to see what was wrong, so I had my car towed to them. At first, we thought it was a transmission issue because the car would not accelerate at all and was making a very loud grinding noise. This location does not do transmission work, but they kindly offered to confirm what sort of repair I might need. This, by itself, was a huge help, since every transmission repair shop in town was weeks behind in their work. Luckily, it ended up not being a transmission issue, but a broken axel that was spinning and scraping against the wheel without actually rotating it. Once we knew what the problem was, the staff offered to get my wife and I back on the road within a day, which was incredibly kind, since we were in the middle of a long road trip and did not have time to spare. Drew was not certified to work on hybrids, and doing so was very dangerous, but rather than turning down the job, he spent a great deal of time researching how to disconnect my car's battery, so he could repair it safely. While Drew was working on my car, Phil and Bri were very kind, friendly, and responsive, and kept me informed as to the car's progress and recommended places for me to get something to eat. Bri always answered the phone quickly and cheerfully when I called to ask about the progress. After the car was fixed and we were back on the road, Phil followed-up several times with us to make sure everything was okay and that we made it to our end destination safely, several days later. This was by far the most satisfying experience I have ever had with a car repair shop and its staff, and I highly recommend that anyone experiencing car trouble in Mississippi consider coming to this location.
