If I could leave no stars that would explain my experience. I paid $70 for acrylic gel and it looks like a child did my nails. Went back TWO days later because it was bothering me. All I asked for was a color change (already felt uncomfortable "complaining" I wasn't happy) they didn't care what I had to say.. the color wasn't even up to my cuticles or around the whole nail.. I sit down to change the color and go to PAY at the register and they charged me another $30.. see picture for my $100 set... stay away from this salon. There's better places out there. read more

I'm leaving a start because I did not had a choice. I have been a customer for 3 years but what happened to me today never happened before. I brought my little daughter with me to make her nails with gel , her hands are so little and for her feet's and her finger nails they charged me $55 dollars and the guy that took her was very rude since I was observing. And looks like a child did her nails. I didn't say anything in the front desk since the manager wasn't there. I request only gel paint this time when my usual is the deep powder , this time only for the gel they charged me $93 dollars like I was doing something extravagant, when my nails does not look to great. Every time the manager is not there can see that they work however they want and that the prices are not the same? Today they lost a loyal client. read more

Walking in almost felt unwelcoming. I recently had my nails done 2 weeks prior to yesterdays visit (builder gel) 4 nails already cracking/chipping after 1 week. I give the office a call to inform of my situation, I come in the following day as instructed and they decide to then tell me no one was abailable anymore and waited an hour long. I came the following day, Thankfully they were able to repair at no charge. The repair process was far more worse than the initial visit. The man who attened me was extr rudee and dismissive almost as if he did not want to do his job. Files, buffers, and nail bits were not properly cleaned, You can tell they have used the same tool on multiple people without sterilization. While opening his nail kit, I see a human finger nail in the box. I wasn't sure how much more disgusted I could have been. By far the worst experience I have encountered at a nail salon. read more

I needed a pedicure and decided to come here because I was shopping a couple of stores down. They were able to take me right in. When I walked in, I can see why! There were so many pedicure chairs. There were also plenty of nail stations also! It was a great choice and my feet were happy! read more

This was my first and last time at gravity nails. I had a dip manicure Wednesday night; it usually lasts me 3 weeks until I remove it. My thumb nail cracked the next day and the tips started chipping off immediately. I usually go to Armani nails (which everyone complains about) but I've never had my dip nails chip from there. read more

Hospitable, honorable and a very clean environment. The operators are very talented and on time for their scheduled appointments.

My wife is so upset I am leaving on her Behalf. I will never be back. I have been getting my nails done regularly for 8 years. Never have I ever had a worse experience than Gravity Nails & Spa.I was quoted in person and on the phone $45 for a full set of plain UNPAINTED acrylics (no tips natural nail only). I left crying and overcharged. $60 with NO REASON. I left with burning nail beds, a cut, and hairs in the gel top coat. The acrylic is SO thin it might as well already chip off. I feel like this was SUCH A RIP-OFF. Just a FAIR WARNING to anyone going just so you know what your getting into. If you are considering Gravity Nails & Spa, DON'T it's a total scam because their employees are incompetent and unprofessional. Look at how red my fingers are in the pictures, my fingers burned for hours!!! read more

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in 8 years of getting my nails done. HORRIFIC and the girl played it off like it was no big deal after I was literally crying. They not only did a horrible job but they also lied about their pricing. I called and she said it was $45 but when I left they said it was $60!! I said explain yourself and she said she wasn't on the phone so it's not her pricing.. WHAT THE HECK MAN!!!! All I wanted is my money back but NOPE! They couldn't care less so here I am hoping that they see this and decide to be human beings and get some customer service. Total scam. Save yourself and don't look at the incentivized 5 star reviews. read more

Sometimes you get lucky if you randomly pick someone but I've seen the same two people lily and pearl for the last 6 years. They are the best for gel! Recently they started to charge to do the scrub before lotion? I'm not sure why since that's what a pedicure has included in YEARS and YEARS. Seems a little sketchy to me, they should 100% stop doing that. It's an extra $5 now.... read more

The actual staff are friendly and hardworking. It's the management that I have an issue with. They will unashamedly make you wait up to an hour after your appointment time (I've waited longer) without giving any updates as to when you will be seen or sincere apologies. And when you show disappointment for the situation, you get hit with "everyone else had to wait just like you." Not everyone has the time to wait an hour before they were expected to be seen. If you can't take people at their appointment times, give them a call before they take the time out of their days to come in, and also don't act like it isn't a big deal. read more

Third time coming here, first time time for a manicure. Decided to do nextgen fullset in coffin style. Told the girl several times the shape was off she kept giving me excuses on what my I couldn't have what I wanted. Then finished with one lopsided nail. When the bill was brought to me and I asked the front girl a question she was very rude. Told me it was easier to ring up her way. She charged my friend $40.00 for a fill and gel on hands with one replacement nail. I'm not sure if this sounds correct but she wasn't very nice when I asked why we were both getting charged for Nexgen. The woman didn't put oil on my cuticles and was quick to pass me off. Here is a before of my unfixed nail. My hopes is that will correct it and I can post a new picture with an updated review. read more

$45 for Nexgen which is fair right. Nope. They don't even cut your cuticles for that price. They dip your fingers two times and your done. When asked about cleaning up the cuticles like every place does , it's $10 extra for that. YOURE KIDDING ME RIGHT? How about Gel polish on my toes (no pedicure just polish ) $30!!!! This place is a fking joke. I WILL NEVER BE BACK FOR THEIR CRAPPY OVER PRICED SERVICE read more

Always make appointment ahead of time at times I've altered my schedule around the day & time the nail tech is on shift. Loyal client...NO MORE!! As many times I've had to wait for my appointment 15-30mins behind schedule and I would still wait. Call to say I am running late but because its an appointment at the end of her day...reschedule is what I was told!! Totally Wrong as many times as I waited for my scheduled time because your customer service is based on "Let me squeeze as many as I can in". I will no longer return! read more

I am not to sure if everyone is using the sterilization machines at all times. I had my nails done and when she was almost done she put the cutter back in her bin with a cover. Now when I asked her she said they use alcohol then should me the nnachine and then all of a sudden she had a bunch of things to put in machine that she did not use on me. The sink when I went to wash my hand was very dirty. The mat when you come in needed to be vacuum, it had nail clipping all over. I am use to every client you get bag of items needed for service and after everything goes back. When she was done she pointed to where to sit to dry, not walking over to see if machine was on. Not a good experience. I hope no one get an infection from going to this place. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this. read more

We went today as i called and wanted the owner to see the work of his nail tech. He offered to reapply gel to the nails as they literally peeled off in less than 24 hours. however my daughter was to upset with the way it looked it was horrible from the shape to the way acrylic was applied and the bad polish job! Just horrible work from an unskilled tech. We wanted a refund of the $38 we paid however he only offered a $20 gift certificate. Not pleased that we paid for a service that was horrible and couldn't get our $ back and now have to go somewhere else that will charge us to take off. What a mess! I would never recommend anyone there. read more

Solidly...okay. I can usually get an appointment within a day, but often they aren't ready until about 15-30 minutes after my appointment time. I don't have a regular nail tech, and they are hit or miss here. I usually get a next gen manicure and the techniques employed by the different employees vary, with unpredictable results. But the prices are decent, and if you're looking for a no-frills experience, this works. read more

So I heard all about this place and was super excited to go based on all the amazing reviews. I set an appointment for 3:30 and sat in a chair until 3:50 the woman in the front desk was super sweet about it so I couldn't be that mad she even wrapped my nails while I waited. The gentleman with silver hair that did my nails and toes did a good job but for $30 I pedicure, I was expecting a bit more for the price, usually pedicures are $20 given the price difference I just expected it to be a better massage or better use of product all in all I don't think I would return read more

I haven't visited this location in some time (maybe 2 months or so, since I've found my new go to salon) but I decided to visit them due to location convenience. I wish I would have driven to my new salon 45 min away. Yes, I called ahead and made an appointment and they knew what I was getting done and getting settled into the chair was a quick process. But, as I frequently get gel polish manicures, I'm well aware of the routine they go about and it ALWAYS includes a nail/cuticle soaking. Now I know some techs have a different routine than others, so I was patient; but when I noticed the tech was grinding my nails (cuticles by this point like they do for gel dip) more than the usual, I asked if they soak and he somewhat nodded his head, so I assumed he understood what I asked. He then goes to start to paint my nails (still hasn't soaked) and I asked him again, if he's going to soak to which he says no. I then asked him if he could and that's what I had asked if he was going to do earlier, and he grudgingly went to retrieve the water dish. I told him I'll pay extra if that's what I need to do to get it done and he said it would be $5, and I agreed since I know my nails and my cuticles definitely need TLC (this is why I do the gel polish over the gel dip). He finished, I paid just the regular rate, he ended up not charging me the extra $5, and I went on with my evening. FOUR DAYS later, one of my nails had chipped in the polish and a few others are starting to lift at the base. This has never happened to me (this freshly done at least, I expect this at the end of 2 weeks) so I am now upset over the whole experience and the fact that I spent money on something that's promised to last 2-3 weeks, but only lasted a few days. I hadn't changed my routine, I was doing my every day things that I always do with my nails and nothing has happened before. I was going to try to go back and get them fixed, so we will see what they do. If not, I may just pay again to get them re done at my new salon seeing that I have a big event coming up and need them well pampered for. read more

I haven't been here in a while but they really let themselves go. They were better when they first opened. I had a pedicure and my brows waxed. The pedicure was ok. Nothing to complain. My daughters and I have frequented this establishment many times and have been extremely happy.....until today. My 18-year-old daughter went to get her nails done by herself. While this was being done she noticed that several of the technicians gathered around her. They went on to say that she looked like a bird. One of the male techs even went as far to pull up a picture of an ostrich on his phone to show the other technicians. My daughter was mortified. I don't care how good you may be at your job, it is never ok to treat your customers this way. We will not return to this salon. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. I showed up an hour after they opened I had Vincent today and the moment he sat down, it was a rushed process. I had Nexgen on my nails so he started to wrap them with the acetone and tin foil. Usually, this process takes about 5-10 for the acetone to completely take your off your Nexgen. He wrapped my first hand and by the time he was done with my other hand, he started taking off the foil frantically* and using the drill to take the Nexgen off. He then dipped my nail 2 times making them extremely thin (completely missed the side of one of my nails mind you) and poorly shaped them. He then rushed to put on the top coat. At the end of it all I had 2 crooked nails and one without the Nexgen on the side. Not to mention a couple of hours after when I got home, I was vacuuming and snapped my pinky nail (my actual nail) in half because of how thin my nail was. It was extremely painful What a WASTE of $35. All to get in as many clients in as he could not caring about the QUALITY*** of his work. I will NEVER be returning. read more

The worst experience I've ever had. If I could give this place a - star I would. I told the "nail technician" Annie that the shape of them were off. I wanted almond and they were all different shapes, especially the middle finger. She filed to the point I almost had no nail and when I told her I wasn't happy and asked if she could fix it she just argued with me and said "I'm going to put the clear coat on". Who does that? She said she was going to get the manager then he spoke with me over the phone saying they were going to charge me extra $20 to fix it. $60 for this piece of shit and no extensions on top of that. They are out of their fucking mind. If your going to charge that much do it right. I don't have a problem with paying if it's done RIGHT. She also said it was $10 extra to do my cuticles, that it didn't come with the nail service. Please listen to these reviews and RUN the other way. This place has a lot of 1 star reviews for a reason. I went to Toi nails and it's only 5-7 mins away from this piece of shit place and it's much better. They are a little pricier but it's worth it! They actually care about their customers. read more
