Penney our puppy Pembroke Welsh Corgi goes to doggy day care 3 times a week and this has been so beneficial in socialization and made her even a happier dog. There is a lot of space to run around in and with so much puppy energy so takes a nice long nap afterwards [:). The explanations that were given raised more questions than answers, and the lack of transparency, accountability, and compassion during such a devastating time has made this bad experience even worse. When you leave your pet somewhere, you expect and PAY FOR proper supervision, safe conditions, and immediate, honest communication if anything goes wrong. In our case, these basic expectations were not met. Losing our pet was heartbreaking. However, losing him while he was in someone else's care was even worse and something that no family should ever have to go through. PLEASE PLEASE think carefully before trusting this facility with your animals.
