We tried a variety of flavors: - Blueberry Peach - Strawberry Peach - Mango - Cinnamon Swirl These were definitely some of the best scones I've tasted - each scone had the perfect crunch on the outside, and softness on the inside. They even have frozen scones that you can take to bake at home, which I regret not doing! I can see why Jupiter Coffee is a popular local spot, with the line going out the door on a Saturday morning.

The coffee ladies mentioned that nearby residents do not want to put a left turning lane on the highway to allow safe turns into this residence that serves as the coffee shop. My husband, my friends, and Catkin coffee. As many days as I could, I would sneak away in the morning to have one of their amazing coffees and their divine pastries. The owner's friendly welcome buoyed me as I started my day, the coffee fueled me, and the pastry was a little necessary act of self-care. Catkin coffee is like a little oasis, there's even a beautiful garden area in the back. Basically, I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm so glad this place exists out here in this little corner of the world.
