They have these scanning machines in the front that are always off-line so then you have to wait in line. Nearly everybody waiting in line is there to return stuff from Amazon. So they treat everybody there like they're there to make a return. But that's never the nature of my business. I don't typically buy things from Amazon. I'm usually there to pay to ship something. There's one guy there that is always rude. They can never find my shipping account and they have to start a new one for me. I worry that I have so many UPS accounts open.
