I want to thank the staff for making my trip easier than I anticipated. They held the train for 5 minutes for me to walk to the handicapped entrance and showed my daughter how to purchase tickets online after we boarded. We returned around 7 pm and experienced the same service. Thanks again TRE for making an 82-year-old man's day at the fair outstanding.

However, during midday on a weekday, it was easy, and I paid $.60 for 12 minutes, which was long enough to grab what I was aiming for. There's about 2 to 3 attendants working behind the screen to help you out, and then you wait in a queue to come up to them. I told them what I was there for, ended up buying three of the different varieties of cards, and four of the postcard designs. The cards are $10 each but come with a day pass, and the postcard is an additional $2 each! I don't know if I'll have a need to go back in the future, but I definitely think it's a worthwhile stop if you're in the area, and if you're looking for a fun (and useful!) FIFA souvenir.

Rode the TexRail from DFW to this stop and it was fairly easy. At the airport it's a bit confusing…read morebut once you find the hidden station, it's an easy ride. The station itself is pretty simple, a kiss and ride style stop with some parking and pickup/drop off spots. The only downside was that I didn't necessarily see any restrooms at the stop for weary travelers waiting for family. Sure, the train has a couple (which is definitely appreciated compared to other commuter rails/transit systems I've ridden) but nothing at the stop.

He's earned a special treat for the awards in school. We bought the tickets for a day pass. Luckily I had cash because the booth was not accepting any other form of payment. Everything was copacetic until the return trip and it brought back memories when I rode the bus in the greater Los Angeles area. Waaaay back, when it was the RTD (now the MTA). My friends & I called it Rough, Tough & Dirty because.....it was. Milo was oblivious to the cab surroundings, just looking out & enjoying the ride. All the while I was not breathing through my nose, trying not to touch anything. Folks, I felt like I needed a nice, long cleansing/disinfecting shower thereafter. Thankfully we were not accosted. Our journey lasted about a good 10-12 minutes. As long as Milo was a happy camper, our journey was complete. The wait for each way didn't take more than 10 minutes in total.

Fortunately these days we have a decent mass transit system in the Dallas area and most of the big metro areas like Houston. However, Texas is a car culture on steroids and I'll admit I don't use mass transit that often. Usually when I do it's to travel to the State Fair close to downtown(highly recommended). I can say from experience after riding the system many times, it works, I'm glad we have it and hope its expansion continues. Until then, ill continue using Parker Station to hop on the train.

I cant believe the negative reviews…read more.. But my experience was stellar. DFW is one of the major hubs for AA. The waiting room is spacious and ample. I dont like people close to me! Germs and too much going around. A lot of the seating is roomy so I can stretch. Plenty of working outlets and work spaces!! The gate agents are so nice . I wish I got there names. They upgraded me at no additional price!. Being nice and friendly goes along way!! My flight was smooth. The seats are comfy!! No issues on my flight! Good snacks! The only benefit for my trip was slightly better flight times with American compared to Southwest which was a lot cheaper. But both of my flights leaving DFW this weekend were delayed due to mechanical issues with the planes. So I ended up paying more and arrived late. I missed an appointment in my destination city due to the first delay. On the first flight a rowdy group of college kids were bothering everyone but they would not quiet down even after being asked by other passengers. The flight crew didn't care and didn't do anyhting so these self-absorbed kids were treating the plane like their own private party bus. It's one thing to be inconsiderate of other people around you, but it's entirely different when you choose to be an asshole. The gate for my second flight abruptly changed and I was not notified by the airline. I was waiting at what I thought was my gate and only noticed the change when a different flight was suddenly assigned to this gate. I had to go from B terminal to C terminal in a hurry because my flight started boarding in a few minutes. When I got to the new gate the agent did not care about line procedure so he was like "ok everyone in groups 1-3 line up" and then it was a mad scramble with people complaining that people in group 3 were getting ahead of people in group 1 and other people not caring because the agent said everyone in the three groups could line up. Then the agent did the same thing for groups 4-6. Then we just sat at the gate for another half hour with no explanation before finally taking off.
