As we approached downtown Grapevine, our driver carefully pointed out all of the various bus stops where he'd stop for us. He was right on time when we decided it was time to head back to the hotel. The bus was comfortable, and our driver was a real pro.

Simply walk up the stairs and pay 5 bucks for an all day pass. Once you get on the train, it tells you exactly where to you need to get off at . We were headed to Fair Park, and the train dropped us off right in front! Now the cool thing about this is the drop off for AA Center. There is a stop that puts you at the front entrance of AA. How cool is that. It was a smooth ride that took about 20 minutes. This is a great tool for everyone to take advantage of! It saves of wear and tare of your car, its way cheapier than driving, saves you time, and its stress free. The train was clean and very well kept up! There is map of everywhere the train goes and its easy to read and follow. Also there's a little lady that talks to you as upcoming stops are approching, so there's no need to be affraid of using this amazing transporation device. More people should take advantage of this.

I kinda wish there was a center entrance to the platform but I understand with the way it's setup. Just affects the moments you're arriving right as your train arrives, but better planning helps. There are bus stops here but they are not currently utilized as no bus lines come here yet so another annoying issue arriving is golink stops in the center not at the end of the entrances. The silver line is not like the other DART lines... The doors don't open automatically, you have to push the button to open unless there's a conductor at the door opening for you, just a FYI for newcomers, but I am use to these trains as Trinity Metro's TexRail uses the same vehicles. When it rains you need to be careful as the blue large part of the platform is water resistant which becomes slippery. I slipped twice wearing new balance sneakers.

I totally understand that I'm not the only customer and that they must be very busy with calls all over Texas. I get it. What I don't understand is that the drivers don't communicate like I left a message to the driver that I was waiting in the back of the house where my vehicle is located. If you live around here, they know to come to the back of the house, especially I left a message. I'm wondering if these drivers are from out of state and that's why they don't know that the garages are located in the back of the house in the ally way? Anyhow, they came ringing the door bell in the front when I was waiting in the back and so now, I'm back to square one! I've been waiting since 1130 this morning. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I wish there was a better option out there, bc I'd dump this and get that better, more reliable option.
