I grabbed a block of fudge which was super yummy and to my shock they have French macarons in stock!! I'm a huge macaron snob and absolutely approve of the macrons sold here. While the macaron's are slightly on the smaller size the quality is top notch. I'd rather have the slightly smaller quality macaron than an oversized one that tastes like poop! We first worked with Lauren on our wedding cake about 5 years ago (see picture). We asked for something simple, romantic & a little moody and she created the most perfect cake for us. She created this incredible cookie and ganache cake for my baby's first birthday party. We gave her free reign and told her to surprise us and we were slack jawed at the finished piece. I ordered to go the Carrot Cake because it said chef Ramsey loved it. I was super skeptical because at my age, I've had many different carrot cakes, so how good could it be? It was sooo good! What was great was that it was different than a typical carrot cake. It had a different twist to it and without nuts. So if you have a nut allergy, this works! Sharon please try making a gluten free version, so our celiac friends have a place to go. I loved the cake was moist but not compacted. I also loved that it had enough carrots that you could taste it was indeed a CARROT cake. There were different types of fruit in the cake that added an extra tasty surprise. If you like the idea of a fruit cake, but hate fruit cake, lol try this. The frosting was also delicious. I don't know what type it was, but it was oooy gooey yummy. It's tucked away on a side street rather than the main road, making it a great "hidden gem" discovery. Inside, it's a cozy space with some seating, and as soon as you walk up to the counter, there is a display case filled with a huge variety of options. The donuts are unique because they are literally bite-sized, which makes them perfect for sampling different flavors. We ordered a box of 16 various donuts along with a chai tea; the donuts were the perfect consistency for a quick snack and the chai was very tasty.
