I used Granny for the first time last week. Our ride to our destination was good, and I thought this woman deserved 5 stars. Then the afternoon came and we requested to be picked up, my friends were at a different store but in SAME COMPLEX as I am. So, my friends requested if she can drive to the store I'm into which was only few hundreds feet away. This woman, passed by the store I'm in, waited for literally 2 seconds, and left! I was at the store's door coming out when she drove away. My friend called me and said Granny said she'll just return, and I told my friend to tell her never mind because I'd rather wait for Red Ball than get on her shuttle again. A friend later on told me that Granny said "she has no time to wait for me because she has others to pick up". This is the same Granny that bragged about her then 5 stars on Yelp and proceedingly stating that she provides this shuttle service for "us". Right. For us... I find her impatience unappealing. I didn't like it at all. The only time I will get on her shuttle now is if my friends called her, otherwise I just call Red Ball or Yellow Cab. Yes, those two aren't better but at least I don't have to deal with their attitude. I give her 3 stars because my first ride was actually pleasant. read more

Staying at Goodfellow Air Force base for a few months and had to ride this shuttle only because there was no other option. She is the worst. Trying to get a ride from the theater back to base is a simple 5-10 minute drive but not with her. She will pick you up and without telling you take you to the opposite way to the airport to try to pick up other fares, force them to load all their luggage quickly and yell at them for not doing it right, all the while you're waiting to get to your destination. She attempts at jokes the whole time including about having a lead foot. So if you don't want a 5 minute ride to turn into a very uncomfortable 50 minutes I suggest going with the yellow cab or some of the other shuttles in town. read more

You guys may be the best but you have lousy drivers that speed and don't have respect for others on the road. I was trying to head home to my pregnant wife and get cut off by your driver. I then notice that he decided to pull over for me to pass which I must say was good but if it was to get my plate number it's no use. Probably had the worst experience with this old lady. Rode around for over an hour and still never got to my destination, I was supposed to go to the wingate hotel got in her van at 2:03pm and ended up back on base at 3:16pm mind you she made like 5 stops and picked up over 14 extra people. If your in San Angelo I advise you take take an Uber, Red Ball, or yellow cab if you actually want to get to your destination without being late or feeling forced to get in her van read more

Well I had the most unpleasant trip with this so called granny so we got on the bus proceeded to leave and left and sometime called her so she turn the bus around to go pick someone else up she started to take everyone else that got on the bus last to their destination first I politely told her I needed to be at my destination and a certain time and she snapped on me and told me I should call an hour earlier even tho I was on her bus 30 mins early and we had left the first time and she was taking me to my destination....she tried to get smart with me one more time by calling me out by that time I snapped back as I sat on the bus I thought to myself that my parents always told me to respect my elders but u know soon as my behind got off the bus her old behind told the folks if I would have had anymore attitude she was gone put me off I'm like ok u would have been very brave to do that thank GOD it got back to me she also flicks off other cab services she is so bitter never again NEVER AGAIN BUT I WISH SHE WOULD HAVE TRIED TO PUT ME OFF #911 I'M GOOD FROM NOW ON NO MORE OLD LADY THAT CALLS HERSELF GRANNY! read more
