No attempt to problem-solve. No professionalism. Just attitude. Because of THEIR incompetence, my dad had to leave work just to come sign papers that should've been handled before we even arrived. It somehow got worse once I was taken back. I was moved between three different rooms because none of their X-ray equipment was working. While I was being bounced around, staff openly complained to each other about how many rooms they "had to clean" and even said things like, "She wasn't really in here, so we only have to wipe it down." Hearing staff talk like that about sanitation while you're literally the patient is beyond uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. The dentist was the only pleasant part of this entire visit. Everyone else -- especially the receptionist -- was rude, dismissive, and acted like patients were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. Zero organization. Zero communication. Zero respect for patients' time. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work.
