Surprising that they wouldn't even consider putting us on a list or try to assist considering the very large population of military families in the area. By the time I get to the office the young gentlemen at the desk has a clip board with my paperwork ready to roll and they have me processed and in a chair in 15 minutes. Doc hooks me up with the medicine I need to fight the toothache and has me back in the chair in 4 days. When I return for the tooth extraction the doc and his lovely assistant come in numb the tooth and again in about a 30 minute window if not less job is done and I'm out of there. I had been calling dentists since October (its now July) and could not get an available appointment because I was not a patient. I finally through the grace of God googled emergency dentists after calling this doctors office they informed me I could come in when I had time and they seriously worked a miracle they removed both teeth in under an hour and I have had 0 pain the cost was seriously affordable and like I said they were a blessing!!! The ENTIRE staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing! We checked in promptly at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and had a brief wait until we were both brought back to the exam rooms. My X-ray tech was professional, friendly and not only did he explain the process he also asked me if I had any questions. Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work. When we got back to our car I asked my husband how his visit was and he had the same opinion as I did and he had different staff members than I did. I have used them in the past and although it took them 3 times trying to make dentures for me, they finally agreed to refund my original purchase price for them. I would not recommend this particular practice to anyone. If I could give their service a 0, I would. Oh and I called to lodge a complaint over the phone and my request was supposed to have been upgraded to one of their senior complaint supervisors who was supposed to call me, which never happened. Very dissatisfied customer.
