Surprising that they wouldn't even consider putting us on a list or try to assist considering the very large population of military families in the area. I'm thinking the actual dentist might have made an effort? I know all of my dentist friends (different state) would try to help! By the time I get to the office the young gentlemen at the desk has a clip board with my paperwork ready to roll and they have me processed and in a chair in 15 minutes. Doc hooks me up with the medicine I need to fight the toothache and has me back in the chair in 4 days. When I return for the tooth extraction the doc and his lovely assistant come in numb the tooth and again in about a 30 minute window if not less job is done and I'm out of there. I had been calling dentists since October (its now July) and could not get an available appointment because I was not a patient. Sat in the chair for about 30 mins until someone came and checked on me. Sent me to get xrays, the lady started the xrays and then said she had to go help someone else real quick. Left me sitting in the xray room for 15 mins. She came back, finished and told me to go sit back in the chair and the dentist would come see me. Sat in the chair for about 45 mins irritated already. When the dentist finally came, looked at my teeth and said we can not do a cleaning, you need a,b, and c done and we can do it all today. By that time I had been there almost 3 hours already and said no I would schedule another day. She then told me to sit in the lobby to schedule next appointment, waited for over 15 mins and was never called, so got up and left. Will never go back! Horrible! Over 3 hours and all that was done was an xray.
