If there is an issue with anything, he will figure out a solution. Freddy and his crew have high standards for the countertops they create, he made sure the piece around my sink and dishwasher was cut precisely, where not a single gap was visible. They showed up daily on time and worked diligently and completed the project in less than 2 weeks. They also cleaned up daily and were respectful of our items, covering up with plastic. I am a very picky homeowner and I highly recommend Freddy and his team for any countertop job, you won't be disappointed with the quality and workmanship you receive.

He gave us excellent recommendations on countertop choices, as well as suggested we consider all-aluminum cabinets instead of traditional bbq island construction. Once we were ready to have the tops installed he came out once for rough measurements and estimate. After we agreed to proceed he advised us on which type of granite and how to choose. He came back out to perform precise measurements. Around 2 weeks later he and his crew delivered and installed our countertops. The team also installed our grills that we purchased separately. Fredy went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The tops look fantastic!

They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive of the bids received, but they were fair and absolutely worth every penny. Their honesty, upfront communication, and willingness to work with me made all the difference. Moises is also a licensed contractor... it gave me peace of mind knowing I was working with a professional. As an 8-month pregnant mom with an 18-month-old at home, I was worried about the chaos of construction. I wanted the kitchen completed before delivering my daughter and also wanted to make sure I could maintain my 18 months old schedule, these were my biggest concerns... Moises was considerate of my needs, discussing schedule, work area cleanliness, noise levels, and work hours to minimize disruption. He also assured me that we could complete the project in the duration I outlined. He stuck to our agreement throughout the project. One of the highlights of my new kitchen is the custom corner display area Moises helped me design to showcase my wedding china, which holds so much sentimental value. I had a clear vision, and he worked with me to bring it to life. I'm absolutely loving this feature! Things got complicated when I hired another contractor for the tile work, which ended up being a disaster. Moises stepped in to help me fix the mess, repairing drywall and referring me to a new tile installer who did an amazing job. His professionalism and problem-solving skills turned a potential nightmare into a success. The real showstopper, though, is the custom-made, real wood cabinets crafted by top-notch finishing woodwork contractors. The quality is exceptional, and it's clear that Moises only works with the best. The attention to detail and craftsmanship by him and his father are evident in every aspect of the cabinets. MR Custom Woodwork delivered my dream kitchen, and I'm so grateful for their expertise and flexibility. If you're looking for a contractor who will listen, communicate, and get the job done, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd highly recommend Moises to anyone considering a remodel (and have actually referred them to my neightbor).

As far as the quality of the product, the push to close tabs on some of the cabinets need to be replaced already and the doors need to be adjusted but the overall quality is not bad just the one toe kick that is peeling and cracking and of course the follow up if you have any issues after the sale is complete.
