We moved into a brand new build, so naturally I was worried about potential scrapes or accidents, but the moving team was extremely careful, efficient, and extremely aware of everything they were doing - it was a perfect, seamless experience. The team they sent over were polite, friendly, and got right to work, expertly choosing how to load and unload the truck. Melissa was also amazing in coordinating our move and answered every question I had. If you're looking for movers you can trust in Bozeman, especially with fragile items or a brand-spanking-new home, you'll be making the right choice with Move It!

Reassembled perfectly. They had two locations to drop. One in Bozeman then on to Helena. What a great experience!! I will be calling Melissa again in the future! Thank you, Robin L PS The cost was very reasonable, I couldn't have managed this on my own.

The absolute best install service ever. They showed up early and we had some plumbing issues…read more They did what they could while I scrambled for a plumber. They went to other jobs while I patiently waited for the plumber. They called to check on progress and stopped again while I was still waiting on the plumber, then went to next job. They even had to wait a bit after all the other jobs were done. The plumbing repair took 1/2 hour but added 5 hours and these guys were so amazing at working around them and didn't want to leave us with no kitchen. So often people don't care, but these guys do! Only little issue is that no firm time was set up and no prep instructions were given. They do usually do this, but I'm hard to reach so I'm not too upset over that. 10 star customer service. The old backsplash tile was put in with mortar never intended to be removed and tile and repairs with that are not completed. Will update photos after! We even scored this quarter on a great sale! Amazing price out of a good selection of choices!

We've had a very negative experience with Gallatin Valley Furniture and would not recommend them to…read moreanyone, especially for window treatments. We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

I called them and Reid was super responsive! His schedule was full for 2 months, but he managed to squeeze me in the very next week! It was a lifesaver because my shop was brand new and I wanted to get everything in there before the freeze. His guys came out and did the 2490 square feet job in two days! And it's beautiful. It turned out better than I expected it to. I am very happy. I'd never done a floor like this before, and while it cost more than I was expecting, apparently it was at the bottom of the price scale in that industry of work, so I am very grateful. I highly recommend Reid at KO Concrete Coatings! Thanks guys!

I said something to her like "shouldn't you be wearing a mask?" And she said she'd put one on if I wanted, but then walked away and didn't come back. Honestly, I felt like if they didn't respect us enough to put on a mask they wouldn't be the kind of people I would want to do business with. We'll order our carpet somewhere else.

The first time I called, Chrissy took it and she answered very professionally and not pushy at all. So eventhough this is the 1st company I called, I didnt bother to call other companies. When I finally knew more about my move, I called Chrissy again and arranged everything. I asked for 3 men to help me out. And Chrissy explained this and that clearly and actually took away my worrieness that I had bout having helpers. On the D day, I had 3 guys coming to my house. Troy, Cody and Brandon. I was a little bit weary about Troy's size (he's seem too lean for this job-but then my skeptical was proven wrong later), the other two look 'right' But then I learnt that Troy is actually the most experienced one which I can see that through his work. All the 3 men worked pretty effiecient. Troy and Cody lifted up all the heavy furnitures while Brandon moved the remaining boxes and other empty furniture out to the garage. Then Troy would stay inside the truck and packed the truck neatly all the way through the ceiling while Cody kept sending him boxes and Brandon was working inside the house to take apart my furniture. Brandon had to deal with my Hub's antique dining table - which is the most 'pain' one in our move and he treated it VERY CAREFULLY, wrapped it really nice with paddings. I was EXTREMELY happy with their work! The only thing I feel they could have done better is to fill in the empty spaces on the bookshelves with more stuffs, so there are less unused spaces there. But maybe that's because I am not exactly a super organized person so they didnt know exactly which of my stuffs can fit into those spaces. So I had to give them the stuffs that I had in my mind would fit in. 2 thumbs up for the field crew for sure. As for administrative crew, I like Chrissy better. She sounds very professional, understanding, and courteous.

I live on the top floor of a condominium building. When water started leaking into condo through my ceiling, my HOA was anything but helpful. I tried calling other restoration companies over the weekend as water continued to pour into my place. No one would even come look at it for me. But on a Sunday, the Gallatin Restoration guys came and looked at my leak. While they couldn't help me while the water was coming in, they at least made contact with me, then continued to text me to check in. When a large portion of my ceiling finally caved in from all the water, they came that day. By the next day, they had drywall up and then, over the course of the next couple weeks, dried out my walls, got someone in to texturize the ceiling and then painted it. You can't even tell that anything happened! The most important thing to me, though, was that they showed up when they said they would, they communicated everything they did with me throughout the entire process, and they were friendly and professional guys to work with! Like I said at the beginning, they made a terrible situation so much better and gave me my home back. They are AMAZING!
