The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.

They know their craft, they are always so pleasant and courteous and, when they are finished, everything sparkles. I would recommend Extraordinary Cleaning to anyone who appreciates a clean, comfortable home and needs a little (or a lot) of help keeping it that way. I especially appreciate that the owner Cristina regularly visits and asks for feedback on where and how her team is doing - clearly, she has high standards for her people, the work they do and a genuine care for me and her other customers' satisfaction.

Thankfully, Extraordinary Cleaning not only met me for an estimate on a short notice, they also were able to clean our apartment with short notice, which really saved our bacon so to speak. When our former landlord had a few "nit-picky" items during the final walk-through, Cristina and her crew were more than willing to go back and perform touch up work. I thought the originally cleaning was just fine, so it was very unexpected (and appreciated) for them to return, and even better, no additional charges! I'd definitely recommend Extraordinary Cleaning, they're reasonably priced, do an excellent job, and wonderful to work with.
