HIGHLY RECOMMEND Granite and Marble Design!! Top notch service from start to finish, unbelievably fast and high quality. We had 65 sq ft of quartz countertops installed within 18 days of initial inquiry. It would've been even faster if my schedule was more flexible. Nicolas contacted me within hours of initial inquiry and was at my house within the week with samples and quote. Everyone from Nicolas to Kyle templating and Shay and Benjamin installing were fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I've worked with box stores in the past that subcontracted the work and didn't have good experiences. I decided I would go straight to the source this time and I'm so glad we did. Nicolas was super responsive and great to work with. Very happy with our new quartz counters! Again, highly recommend this company.

Best company ever!!! I love my counter tops and I'm so glad I chose this company to installed them. Thank you Nicolas! Paris Gentry

Black marks on white quartz
I Don't Know H.

Nicolas seemed great. Gave me a quote, started the next week. All of the guys were great, the guys who measured, installed, and the plumber. My problem, was that flawed stone was installed. I should have inspected the counter before the guys left at 9 PM, but, as I had never done this before, did not do a final "view". I realized the flaw the next morning, when I actually looked, and there were two black sharpie-like marks in the middle of my brand new white quartz. I called Nicolas, who tried to place the blame on me. Nobody had even sat at that counter overnight with all of the wood supports under it. Regardless, a guy was sent out on Monday, who tried turpentine and industrial strength bleach. Nothing. Flaw was in the stone. Nicolas refused to help. Luckily, the supplier helped, and paid for a "drill and fill" for the marks. Not perfect, but it will suffice. I payed a lot of money for flawed stone. I will not be getting a warranty from Nicolas, as I did not leave a five star review.

In my opinion, HomeDepot is more for construction workers, Lowes is for those looking for better quality and Menards is totally upscale and beats them both hands down. Before relocating from Keego Harbor, MI to San Angelo we purchased 2 ceiling fans for our San Angelo condo. Not sure what happened during our chaotic move, we discovered that one light didn't work after installing them in our condo a month after moving in. I emailed Menards customer service and explained that we purchased them in MI and installed them in TX with no way to easily return/exchange it for another fan. Menards doesn't have a store (yet) in TX. Linda w/Menards customer service took the bull by the horns and within 2 weeks we received not 1 but 2 light replacements for the ceiling fans. Talk about GREAT out of state customer service! Menards is simply the BEST. They could have said "you need to return the defective fan for a refund".

i will send a follow up on this…read more This is my update!! installation of the carpet is complete 5/24/19. my what a difference. new installation team did an amazing job. they consulted with my mom through the entire process. One seam!!! yeah. reinstalled the pad, they coated the entrance zone with glue. ??? very quick and efficient install. John and Hawkeye are amazing. the color or dye lot was lighter then the original. the smell was actually bearable. thank you Lowes Management for doing the proper respectful thing . Thank you Never, Ever, Ever purchase carpet or floor covering through Lowes!!!!! we ordered flooring for our family room. after phone tag for three weeks we finally received an install date. By the way, Lowes Installers are subcontractors. you may want to do background checks because side note: the installer we had used to work for another major superstore but had been fired. my mother was watching the installers piece different carpet remnants to cover our 15'x25' surfaces. My mom was frustrated when they were laying out the remnants in such a way it would create a seem in a high traffic location. Per the installer it was standard to piece multiple remnants of carpet in a family room. (news to me) !! we weren't accepting 5-6 different seams that wide. Most distressing was a 2"flaw that (we couldn't vacuum or brush or scrub out )ran the 25' length of the carpet because it was the end piece and our installer claimed he hadn't noticed it. confirming it was actually the flaw that was upsetting to her... (she thought it was a seam) after another 45 minutes refusing the install.. the store claimed they had to install the flawed carpet due to some law????? the installer stated "oh, you would rather not have five different carpet remnants pieced together I happen to have a long section 25' x 5' in the truck! wow thats interesting! but it still wont fix the flaw in-the carpet. Now! going on 3 more weeks! we walk into Lowes and they demand mom pay for flawed carpet that they never installed. So.... this review is to verify they WILL compensate my mom for the hassle and do a proper install with a qualified installer of new high quality padding and no more than 1-seam upon completion of the installation of the new roll of her chosen carpet. Following the recent passing of my mother, I traveled from Illinois to Michigan to prepare her home for sale. As part of that process, I purchased paint for the project and simply overestimated what I needed. I attempted to return one unopened gallon of unused paint that was just 5 days beyond the 30-day return window. The cashier suggested I speak with the Paint Department supervisor (Sean, I believe), who immediately and professionally said he would take care of it. Unfortunately, once the Store Manager got involved, the entire tone changed. Rather than demonstrating discretion, empathy, or customer-focused judgment, the manager rigidly hid behind policy, citing that the paint was tinted, purchased at another Lowe's location, and slightly beyond the return window. What was most disappointing wasn't the denial itself--it was the complete lack of thoughtful consideration for the circumstances. As a longtime customer, I understand policies matter. But great customer service also requires leadership, judgment, and occasional flexibility. The Paint Department supervisor represented Lowe's well. The Store Manager did not.
