Although she bought the car without a warranty, we went back and told them the problem. We knew that Vlist had their repair shop service the rear brakes before they put it up for sale - and they remembered that. They called their repair shop - Hall-N-Sons - which is located next door. They sent a man to pickup the car within minutes and shortly after said a part had failed and they would honor their repair job on warranty - no charge. They had completed the brake repair with all new parts within hours, and the folks at Vlist were delighted to have helped out. The Vlist brothers are car guys- they live, breathe and collect them and they know nice cars. If you're looking for a nice car - give them a look.

I was shopping for a decent used car to get around since I flew over here from Spokane on business…read more I went to 6 or 7 car lots looking for a car. At the other car lots I came across cheesy salesman that were super pushy. And that means alot coming from me, I'm in sales! So I was about to give up but decided to stop by Shannon's expecting more high pressure sales tactics. And my experience at Shannon's car lot was just the opposite of the other dealerships. I was greeted by Harvey. I told him I just wanted to look around. And he said OK. That doesn't happen in car sales! I walk the entire lot and noticed their prices are very reasonable. I purchased my car here. They were very non oressure, paperwork was a breeze, and overall a great buying experience. Harvey is a great salesman. Very laid back, knowledgeable about the vehicles their stock, he knew all about the car I bought inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon's for your next vehicle purchase.

Ben (the owner) saw that and looked past my poor credit and iffy financial situation. He gave me a year to pay my car off and worked with me all the way through the deal to get me in the car. The car itself isn't the most fantastic car, but that's not their fault (it's just what I can afford right now). It's got 188k miles, which I was really skeptical about. But I'll tell you what folks, these guys had this car looking so clean and pretty inside and out, it looks new. It looks so good, I've kept it looking pristine since I bought it. And everything in it works well too. I'm very grateful for this business - they did me a solid favor when they really didn't have to. And that means a lot. Notable mention to Jose, Ben's partner who works there. He's kind and helpful and makes you feel welcome and at home there.

Buying a car can be stressful... unless you're buying it from Kia of Puyallup. From the moment we…read morewalked in, the vibe was all class and zero pressure. The dealership is spotless, organized, and everyone we met was genuinely friendly, not the "I've had six coffees and a quota to hit" kind of friendly, but actual friendly. Our salesperson Sean was an absolute rockstar. His knowledge of the Kia EV9 is next-level, seriously, the guy could teach a master class on this thing. He explained every detail in plain English, answered every question without missing a beat, and somehow managed to make torque, charging rates, and drive modes sound exciting. Sean made the whole experience feel more like chatting cars with a buddy than sitting through a sales pitch. Jacob was also awesome, super helpful and made sure everything behind the scenes ran smooth as butter. Together, Sean and Jacob made a dream team. The whole dealership runs like a well-tuned engine, clean, professional, and welcoming. Even the coffee was good (and I'm picky about coffee). You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you're even thinking about checking out a Kia, especially the EV9, go see Sean and Jacob at Kia of Puyallup. You'll leave with a smile, a great car, and maybe even a new favorite dealership. The Kia EV9 is flat-out awesome, it's like driving the future but without the sci-fi soundtrack. The instant torque, smooth acceleration, and whisper-quiet ride make every trip feel effortless. No gas stations, no oil changes, just plug in and go. The tech inside is incredible too, from the massive screens to the ambient lighting and smart features that actually feel smart. After experiencing this level of comfort, power, and efficiency, I honestly can't imagine ever going back to a gas engine again. Once you go electric, everything else just feels... outdated.
