I'm leaving three stars only because the staff were very nice and answered my questions along the way. I'd recommend if you plan to quickly drive thru. However, my priority when looking for a car wash is having the INCLUDED option to clean the interior super well afterward. If this is also you, save yourself the time. You have to pay for 4 minutes at a time to use the vacuums and on top of that, they don't even suction well. Felt like a waste of time and money. I wouldn't be so annoyed but I checked online to see if the vacuums were included prior to heading there and the website states they're free with a car wash (FALSE). read more

They double charged me for half a year and after two hours on the phone with their manager tried to say they have no record of doing so when I provided the attached photo as proof. Then I canceled my plans with them and they continued to charge me for two months before I caught it. Told me to dispute it with my bank. Went through the car wash today and they double charged me. I'm disputing the charges on my credit card. They charged me for a car wash $15 and then add on another $17.95. I'm pretty sure they don't charge that for the vacuum for 4 minutes. I tried calling and no one answered. Update- I did speak to someone from the main office and they told me about the charges and it was to secure my card which, I was unaware of. Everything was resolved. Thank you so much. read more

Our car's front grill was ripped off inside the car wash. The flappers that hang down got tangled in the grill and ripped it right off the car. We have made several attempts to get this resolved. They even gave paperwork to fill out at the time it happened, but nobody ever gets back to us about it. We have called and stopped by several times and the manager is never there or never calls back when we leave messages. read more

I had my car washed and vacuumed for $41 this afternoon. Everyone was very nice, however, this would be my first and last time. To have your floor mats sprayed/cleaned and wiped is additional money...the $41 does not include this feature. I have a Kia Soul which is small. It took about 15 minutes to clean my car, so I don't think the value is there. The lounge where customers wait is sorely lacking. It was not inviting at all. The vending machine was out of order and the TV was not working. I couldn't wait to leave...I'll have to look for another place. read more

This company has ZERO customer service. Nobody returns calls. You cannot reach anyone in corporate. I wanted to cancel my membership and was told by the kid at the car wash I can do that online. When I went home to cancel online I needed the barcode sticker in my door jam but the kid removed it from my door jam knowing I would need it to cancel online. We've been supporting this car wash in Gig Harbor since it was The Great White Carwash. The service has degraded recently to the point where it is a waste of time and money. We paid for the top of the line option on May 17 that included the interior to be vacuumed and the mats scrubbed. Unfortunately they were short staffed that day and couldn't do the interior portion of the purchase. MW said in lieu of a refund he would initial the receipt and when we returned they would honor the receipt and perform the services paid for. On 6/4 my wife returned and MW was no where in sight. She showed an employee the receipt and he took possession of the car. About 20 minutes later she got the car back and she noticed that the mats weren't scrubbed as paid for and the employee responded by shrugging his shoulders and saying "You have to ask for that specifically" and walked off. All we got was the floors vacuumed for $56.00 plus a tip (given before she saw the omission). I'm sure they won't notice the loss of our business but you can bet I will share this experience with my friends and colleagues to avoid this "business ". read more

Well, going here for many years, but new owner as Mr. Hanson sold it to Corey C and my wife & I get our Oil Changes there, but now beware, because even though you stay in your car for the oil change, after you pay, please use $ cash as the last three times when you give your credit card to the attendant, he goes to the office for 10 minutes to process your bill and you think everything is fine, but then I get a notice a month later from BOA saying my card has fraudulent charges and they are sending me a new card, whoa 3 x's and only when I use it at this not so Classy car wash, well talked to Owner Corey and he said it's a lot of work to make a few dollars today, they lost a good customer, to stay in business today, you must service the customer, stay clear as many many places that take your business seriously.... read more

Only take your car through classy car wash if your car is already clean. If there is any dirt on your car it will scratch the crap out of your car and they won't warn you in advance or fix any damages to your vehicle. I would not recommend using this car wash. read more

Always used them in the past for oil changes. The up sell this time was dreadful. There was a lot of pressure for me to change everything battery, air filters etc although it had just been at dealers ship 5k likes ago and everything checked out. Update: Ok I went back to wash my car, this time a much better experience. Washing station functions all work this time. Soap was thick and pressure was really good. Cleaned my car adequately and quickly, cost is fair. I'm glad I tried them again as it's a quick way to clean my car in the winter time when all my hoses are put away for the season. In the old review I stated that the soap application didn't work first time I tried it. Thanks for fixing the wash station. read more

Nice employees but if they can't manage to get pollen off of my car bc it takes too much time it sounds like they need better equipment or more time allowed to do a good job. There's tons of huge trees in my parking area so pollen happens and I've never been told that it would take too long to wash. They suggested I go across the street to the self serve washer. I called Elephant Car wash and they said they'll get the Polen off no problem. So I'm going there next. read more

I've been here twice. In general I like them and plan to return on a regular basis. What I didn't like was paying extra for a towel dry today then when I parked the car to vacuum the interior and had a chance to look at the exterior, I saw lots of places where the guy didn't wipe away dirt around the rear license plate area and especially on my rims which were done in a very sloppy way. In the future I'll get the basic package for $10 and use the towels they provide to dry it myself. But again, I plan to be a regular at this business. read more

Nope. Still not worth the money. Half-assey Chassis would be more appropriate. I bought the most expensive package today- came to almost $44.00 with tax. That includes interior cleaning & towel dry. It's hard to really check the work because it is done under covered area. Got to my next stop- in the full sunlight I could there were water spots all over the exterior. Around the door handles, it looked dusty although it wasn't dirt. The dash looked clean but the rest of the console did not look any cleaner than when I brought it in. The area where emergency brake was - still had slight debris. What is frustrating is that I took my car to the neighborhood self car-wash a few days ago to get the month of rain off. I had even vacuumed my car so it is not like I took a very dirty car in. I hoped that by splurging on the best package my car would look great. It did not look much better than the automatic car wash that I let air dry...I would have been far less disappointed buying the cheaper package- my expectations wouldn't have been as high. Just very disappointed. I have given this place a few tries and they just are not worth it for the premium packages. Maybe stick with the basic wash and lower your expectations. read more

OMG and be forewarned! The other day I went to the car wash across the street from the automated wash to remove accumulated pollen from my vehicle. It had been some time since I'd been there bc the cost of a five minute pressure wash went up from $4 to $5. I used my credit card and began to wash. Instead of the previous minute countdown, it now counts up a dollar amount. When I hit $5 I turned the setting to STOP and the water stopped but the dollar amount kept increasing. I repeatedly pressed the "stop" button but the cost kept accruing. I drove across the street to the automated wash area and reported the problem to a worker and was told the price for a self pressure wash was $15!! Be forewarned. I'll never go there again!! I spent $30 yesterday for total service and it was a waste of money. I left the back open on my SUV so they would vacuum out the back deck and the crew told me it was an additional $5 to vacuum the back. Nickel and Dime business. Then when I got in to leave the interior was dusty on the console along with the windshield. 4th time to bring a local company more business . . . not again. You are better off just doing it yourself. read more
