    Great service! Got us in quick diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Also were able to change oil in another vehicle on the same day!

    In 10 years of Yelp, this is my first 1 star review…read more I thought I lucked out by getting in due to a cancelation by calling since I was in the area. Usually appointment only. Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

I stopped by one day to have them check it out and they all happily looked at it and broke out several types of cleaners and got the haze off the window! I walk in and tell them that I want a complete interior,exterior and under the hood detailing. I have a 2026 Silverado ZR2 with 2000 miles on it. I used it to go snowmobiling in the mountains so it had road deicer and yellow pollen everywhere. The lady at the counter said "no problem we can do that. She never said anything else. She gave me a iPod with nothing on it but a place to sign to authorize the work. I was impressed with the guy working in the first stall which was on the other side of a glass wall. I told her that I was tired of taking my vehicles back to my old detailer two or more times to get what they missed the first time. I picked my truck up and she really emphasized the wheels, tires and wheel wells. I noticed that my factory side steps still had sporadic sand still on them. She said that due to the ruff surface that sometimes that won't completely come off. The truck looked good so I signed a blank iPad with signature spot showing only. After that I paid and got a receipt. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the terrible job under my hood. I opened my tailgate and nothing in the bed or 3piece tailgate had been touched. I called and left a message with my concerns. I was contacted before 8am the next by a gentleman. He said they don't do inside the box. WTF? Nothing was ever said about that! That made me go over my truck with a fine tooth comb. The only shampooing done on my carpet was the drivers floorboard around the factory clear plastic protector under the floor mat. Nowhere else. Ver evident because that was the only spot damp. Their website advertised supercar meetups once a month etc. That may be the case. It is GigHarbor. They seem to have the old guy behind the glass as a marketing tool. It worked on me. I didn't even notice the group of guy standing around 4 bays down. They are really who does the work or attempts to. The owner on his call did say to bring it back and he would see what he could do. I didn't because I didn't want to waste half a day screwing around so I didn't go back. He said he would do better the next time I have them detail it. Do they drug test the owners?. I pressure washed my side steps,under my hood and in the box myself. Over $500 for crap work. I think that's to cover that Gig Harbor overhead not the quality of their work. I would never recommend or go back to them. Here's some pictures to back up what I'm saying.
